Job description:

* Reporting directly to the Chairman and General Manager of the company, I'm playing a critical role in the company's long term sales and marketing growth with a focus on growing Senao's customer base through:

* Market building, target setting and budget creation for Senao's product lines

* Development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies geared at growing Senao's customer base.

* Other responsibility includes extensive traveling and promoting Senao GSM in International Market mainly Indian subcontinent (Created Senao GSM market in India from scratch) and local market.

* Study of GSM trends in Indian subcontinent and local market, penetration, finding potentials customers and appoint distributors in different territories.

* Working on strategies based on SWOT analysis, 4P analysis, formulating marketing strategies, Channel partner strategies.

* Worked very closely with Distributors and other prospective customers to understand the market needs and to educate how to build the brand name.

* To build good working relationships with the partners and follow-up on price negotiation, clarify technical issues

* Job also involves execution of marketing activities including promotional ideas, new product development projects, market research, sourcing of POS materials to our partners and also assisting the distributors with product information and training.

* Also represented Senao International at Gitex Exhibition 2003, Dubai, UAE.

* Identify the prospective companies and introduce our product lines and to build business relationship with both the companies

* My job also involves giving presentation, demonstration and installation of different telecom product lines to in-house staff and to the customers in Indian subcontinent and local market.
