Panel DCS: Experience in Yogokawa Centum CS, Closely monitoring plant operation, maintaining all operating parameter at normal conditions for the production in terms of quality and quantity, deal with routine operational problem, follow up with lab result and to take corrective action, follow up with tech dept for parameters adjustment, informing changes to shift supervisor, recording and logging, hand over for inst for calibration, knowledge of PI system/ process book.
Commissioning Experience:
Involved in the commissioning and start up of the refinery job include test block, punch list preparation, line flushing, air blowing, steam blowing, chemical cleaning, dry out, leak/press test, P&ID verification and witness for DCS logic and loop test with inst.
Process Experience in ARAMCO:
Gas sweetening unit:
Removing H2S in the gas, gas is sweetened to less than 10 PPM by using DEA as solvent, system include high press and low press absorber, flash drum, reboiler, stripper, over head condenser, accumulator, surge drum, filtration and sour water stripper.
SULFUR RECOVERY:
LO –CAT 11 process by WHEELABRATOR CLEAN AIR SYSTEM INC, modified claus reaction by isothermal process using iron as catalyst, removal efficiency is 99.5%, system consist of absorber, oxidizer, settler, filtration and chemical dosing.
H2S Incineration: Incinerator for tail gas before going to flare.
Gas Dehydration:
Molecular sieve adsorber to remove moisture in the gas, NEMA cycle for drying and regeneration process steps include depressurization, nitrogen sweep, heating, cooling.
Gas separation: Press swing adsorber by UOP to separate off gases, totally operated by PLC.
Gas compression: Gas compression by Nuovo Pignon reciprocative compressor.
Distillation & Extraction: By vacuum distillation & solvent extraction.
Experience in SPIC:
Hydro fining: Removal of Sulphur in Naphtha from 1500 ppm to 0.25 ppm[ Naphtha fired heater, Catalyst Reactor, Hydrogen compressor and Distillation column].
Acid Gas Removal: CO2 removal from the process gas using vertro coke solution.
Technical experience:
Routine checking of unit, checking of equipment for proper functioning, detection and correction of abnormalities.
Experience in operating, emergency handling, trouble shooting, isolation, commissioning, start up and shut down of equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, reboilers, strippers, exchangers, etc.
Responsible for making work request thro Maximo, isolating equipment safely, blinding, purging, steaming, lock out tag out as required, Issuing work permit, follow up and coordinate with various maint activities with field operator and maint technician, execute job with safety precaution following company policy and procedure and proper commissioning of equipment after maint.
Knowledge of work permit system, participate training programme by the safety department for fire fighting, using of all type fire extinguisher, breathing apparatus, using of fixed monitor, water sprinkle system, participate in hypothetical drill.
Experience in training for incoming field operator.
