CURRENT JOB

As a Operation Foreman for Petrodar Operation Oil Company (PDOC) in Republic of Sudan since 12th Oct 2006 until present.

Job scope: To manage smoothness plant operation as per instruction by management and to apply and implementation all safety procedure as per regulation.

Job scope covered;
1. Pig Operation
Pressurize/Depressurize the Receiver in order to do a Leak Test and to ensuring when the Pig was arrived, there is spillage from the Receiver door.
2. Dewatering
Dewatering of crude oil was happen when the crude in to Surge Vessel and Electrostatic Dehydrator (EDH). In Surge Vessel, the separation only done by gravitation of oil and water but in EDH, the separation of oil and gas was happen when the EDH was heat up to 98 or 105¢XC or 98¢XC. The gas was removed in EDH and sent to Cold Vent Knock Out Drum, where the gas heat up again and soaked with water before it was removed to atm. Demulsifier chemical was added in to EDH in order to make a better separation between water and water. In this stage, Boiler's or Heaters are playing the major role of separation crude from water.
3. Degassing
Crude was treated is to sent to Gas Boot where the crude was cooling and the separation is more efficiency by vent the remaining gas before entering the Product Storage Tank and to export line.

Involved in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Melut Basin Development Project at Al-Jabalyn CPF and Palouge FPF, Sudan.

RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB FUNCTION

* As a Operation Supervisor during crude in and start up the plant in successfully without any interruption and problem.

* Polymer unit (Reactor ¡V produce Polyethylene flake from Ethylene (C4 gas)
* Extrusion unit (Produce polyethylene pellet from Polyethylene granular after feed additive)
* Perform as a Boardman (Honeywell TDC3000, Yokogawa)
* Perform a Fire Leader during an Emergency
* Perform as a unit line trainer for newcomer staffs.

RESPONSIBILTY AND JOB FUCTION

* Monitor the Polymer unit and extrusion unit trough routine check and patrol.
* Carry out start-up and shutdown for above plant unit.
* Prepare area/equipment for handover to Maintenance or Instrument group to maintenance job. Ensure that required permit work are followed prior to perform the job.
* Carry out flow calibration equipment.
* Carry out sampling task.
* Carry out preparation and stabilizer/additive charging.
* Carry out stabilizer inventory check.
* Record the required process condition in DCS & field log sheet.
* Monitor the cleanliness and perform "housekeeping" (5S concept).
* Hand over shift duties and attend morning meeting.
* Attended training that carry out by company to meet plant requirement
