My experience is on a Fluid Catalyst Cracking Unit / VSS-AF Model 4 / U & Y-bend (20,000 bbl PD unit). My operations background is onshore experience. I am proficient on Honeywell TDC 3000 Work Stations, Westinghouse Industrial as well as Windows programs, (Excel, Word, Power Point & etc). I am experienced in Nuclear Operations and Government & Infrastructure Operations, as well. I feel that I have experience on several fronts that would benefit your company. Too, I have experience in the Mid East as well as being former military; U. S Army. I am single without any dependents and responsible for no one other than myself.

Process/Systems/Operations
DOD / Army Contractor / Ops. Coordinator- Equip. Foreman: My primary duties are tasked under O & M (Operations and Maintenance) and Base Logistics departments entailing the storage and distribution of MOGAS, JP-8, and Diesel fuels for supply to the U.S. and Coalition Forces in the Iraqi Theater of Operations (LOGCAP III Project). They include the sustainment of operational integrity of Base facilities, equipment, and units as well as security deviations in the "Area of Operations" sites. Specifically, trouble shooting of Pre and Post QA / QC, Defense Contracting Management Agency, and Quartermaster Corp audits. I am tasked to ensure the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Total Safety Task Instructions, Activity Hazard Analysis, and other relevant operational and safety documents mandated by Task Orders and Letters of Technical Direction via the U.S. Army / DOD mandates. Fuel and Satellite Fuel Distribution points are my primary focus; secondary duties are as directed per my manager. The training of "Third Country Nationals" to operate, maintain, and sustain said facilities, equipment, and units are involved. Specific equipment / units utilized are fuel bladders, Smart Tank units, associated pumps & accessories, and basic computer programs. Daily interaction with U. S. Military, Iraqi Army, HCN's (Iraqis) as well as other multi-nationalities is an ongoing activity generated by Daily Situation Reports. Security activities (S-2 / Brigade Intel), (THT/ Tactical Human Intelligence Teams), force protection concerns, and duties are involved to maintain logistical integrity per supply balances. Situation Reports are sent and received daily and analyzed for optimal performance as well as abnormal variables which are acted upon. Experienced in Project Proposals, Development of Data Gathering Programs and the initiating and submission of said programs. Implementation and development of Base of Estimates, Daily Logs, Letters of Technical Direction, Plan of the Day, Service Order Requests, Work Order Requests, Scope of Objective, Statement of Work, Standard Operating Procedures, Timesheets, Task Orders and other procedure driven controls is involved.

Involved in Remote Handling Start-Up Project at the WIPP facility. Includes the operation of Specialized Heavy Equipment involved in the remote-handling of high-level nuclear material. Operation of robotic and Radio Frequency controlled equipment was involved as well as satellite control rooms and associated computer programs. The initial generation of Standard Operating Procedures on Specialized Heavy Equipment as well as initial Operational SOP's was involved. Deemed Subject Matter Expert on RH Project. Procedure driven facility along with government controlled guidance (Nuclear Regulatory Commission & MSHA). Additional emphasis in Safety Controlled Atmospheres was involved. Use of Safety Analytical Reviews, Scope of Work, Work Orders, Safe Work Permits, and Code of Federal Regulation's was included.

Originally began as a VRU (Gas Plant), operator on a Model 4 Fluid Catalyst Cracking Unit. Equipment included in the Absorption process were Absorber, High Stage Drum, Stripper, Debutanizer towers as well as associated pumps, heat & cooling trains, and condensate systems. Progressed through Oil-Side operations which included Fractionation ( Main Column), Heat & Cooling train (pump-a-rounds), Reactor, Regenerator, Flue Gas and Tertiary processes; to the classification of A/B Op. (Control Room Op. / Outside Lead) on VSS-AF Cat Unit. Duties included the monitoring and adjustment of variables involved in the normal and abnormal operations of a Vortex Separation System- Advanced Fluidization / Fluid Catalyst Cracking Unit (VSS-AF/FCCU): the refining of reduced crude oil into gasoline and other by-products. I have Fire Team experience and training as well. During refinery turnarounds, I acted as Safety Foreman and Contractor Liaison. Experienced on Honeywell TDC 3000 Workstations as well as pneumatic controls. Procedure driven facility and use of daily logs, Safe Work Permits, WOR's, SOR'S, EPA mandates, and other government controls was involved.
