1. Presently working in M/s GAIL INDIA LTD, PATA as Manager (chem.) from 9th April 1998 to till date & reporting in General Shift.(FROM 9TH April 1998 to July 2002 worked as shift in charge (OFFSITE / UTILITIES/storage/ loading) & Presently working in General Shift
(i) Hydrocarbon Storages & Handling & LOADING

* yard piping area approximately 6 km
* 14 nos Horton spheres to store ethane/propane & ethylene /butane-1/ c4-mix/propylene
* 02 nos hydrogen bullets at 150kg/cm2 capacity 70m3each
* 02 nos Double Wall Ethylene tank temp -103 degree centi capacity each 8000 m3
* Boil off gas compressors
* 2 nos Hydrogen Compressors ( Discharge operating pressure 150Kg/cm2 & 50 Kg/cm2)
* 07 nos LPG mound bullets capacity 2800m3 each & 08 automatic loading weigh bridge

Two Boiler with Gas & Naphtha fire (Temp– 515°C press – 110 Kg/cm2) & two HRSG (waste heat Boiler) capacity- 125 T/hr. press 110 Kg/cm2.

(A) 15 mw GAS TURBINE ON & Gas & LIQUID FIRING

3. Worked M/s Reliance Petrochemical Ltd., as "Asst. Engineer" (Steam & Power generation and utilities) with DCS Control (Advant MICRO System) from 31st Dec 1993 to 18th Jan 1996

(i) STEAM GENERATION – 3 X 70 T/Hr.
Three Boiler with Oil & Naphtha fire (Temp– 490°C press – 100 bar) & HRSG (waste heat Boiler) capacity- 125 T/hr. press 100 bar

4. Worked in M/s Indo Gulf Fertilizers & Chemicals Corporation Ltd., Jagdishpur (U.P.) from 15th Nov 1986 to 29th Dec 2003( Erection, commissioning and operation from field and control room of the following sections of power plant and utilities )

a) Steam Generation Plant: Oil & gas fired, single drum, natural circulation, forced draft boilers of capacity 100 TPH at 105 Kg/cm2 and 515°C.
b) Cooling Towers: Recirculation rate – 24000 M3 PH & 16000 M3 PH in ammonia and urea cooling towers, treatment phosphate based, with adequate Cl2 dosing facilities.
c) Effluent & Oily Water Treatment Plant: Solid separation& liquid effluent treatment.
d) Demineralization Plant: Capacity: 3 X 170 M3/Hr. water, 4 X 15 M3/Hr polished water, 2 X 80 M3/Hr turbine condensate, 1 X 100 M3/Hr urea process condensate, 2 X 80 M3/Hr ammonia process condensate and 2 X 120 M3/Hr portable water treatment plant.
e) Power generation & Waste Heat Boilers: Capacity 2 X 20 MW (power) and 55 TPH at Kg/cm2 and 415°C (steam).
f) Multifuel System: Rail and road unloading, storage and transporting facilities of fuel oil, LSHE, Naphtha & H.S.D.O.
g) Different types of steam turbine operations.
