JOB EXPERIENCES My career has been started from November 1993 when I was worked at PT. Lautan Otsuka Chemical, that produce AZ (Azo Di-Carbonamida). My second field was PT. Hamparan Rejeki, an acrylic fiber plant Rejeki, an acrylic fiber plant with DUPPONT technology as Junior Field Operator, until November 1994. Then, since December 1994 to February 2003, I worked at PT. Tri Polyta Indonesia Tbk. Cilegon - Indonesia, a petrochemical company of polypropylene plant with UNIPOL Technology that produces Homopolymer, Random Copolymer, and Impact Copolymer; with catalyst Shac 103, Shac 201, Lynx 1000, Lynx 1010, Mitsui TK 360 and Mitsui RK 300 series; as Shift Leader. From January 2003 to present I was working at PETROKEMYA, Arabian Petrochemical Company, a leading multinational company in Petrochemical in eastern province of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; as Polyethylene Field Operator. JOB DETAIL November 1992 to November 1993 as Production Operator at PT. Lautan Otsuka Chemical -Operate all equipments. -Responsible for produces of Azo Di-Carbonamida. -Trouble shooting on field and Control Room. -Keep work area in clean, safe and tidy. -Reporting to Lead man. November 1993 to November 1994 as Junior Field Operator at PT. Hamparan Rejeki -Operate all equipments. -Responsible for produces of Acrylic Fiber. -Trouble shooting on field. -Keep work area in clean, safe and tidy. -Reporting to Lead man. December 1994 to December 1996 as a Vent Recovery and Purification operator at PT. Tri Polyta Indonesia Tbk. -Recover as much monomer as possible that is contained in the vents from the resin degassing system and reactor vents. -Treat light components and sent it to the flare or recycled it to reactor. -Monitor distillation system in order to maximize separation of monomer propylene from any impurities, purified it and then sent it back to reactor as feed stream. -Prepare raw materials such as ethylene, propylene, hydrogen, nitrogen, catalyst, co-catalyst, and SCA handling. -Responsible for raw materials purification such as Ethylene, Propylene, Nitrogen, and hydrogen purification. -Start and stop purification, distillation system and vent recovery unit. -Prevention maintenance equipment such as compressor, blower and pump. January 1997 to December 1998 as a Reactor and Extrusion operator -Start up and stop unit based on order. -Responsible for finishing product handling, prepare solid and liquid additives, for keep best last product quality. -Keep equipment such as mixer, melt pump, pelletizer, blower and conveying system. January 1999 to February 2002 as a Board man/ DCS operator -Responsible for controlling all units to run in smooth condition. -Prepare to start up and to stop all units. -Prepare all product transitions based on order. -Coordinate field operator in all units. -Operate DCS-PLC System (Yamatake-Honeywell TDCS 3000). March 2002 to February 2003 as Shift Leader/Acting Shift Supervisor -Coordinate all operators in all section: Reactor/Extrusion, Distillation/VR & Purification -Trained new employee in Polypropylene production. -Make daily report. -Cross coordinate with other department that relates, like Utility, Jetty, Product Handling and Maintenance.
