2002 – Aug 2007 COUNTRY MANAGER
WEATHERFORD - Peru o Overall responsibility for P&L in Peru, consistently achieving good Profits after taxes. Brought up a business with annual revenues of 180 thousand US$ to a projected 16 Million US$ in 2007, and EBITDA averaging 39%.
o Start a business with four employees and developed a very effective organization with 60+ local and international employees, with strong teamwork spirit, oriented by objectives and results.
o Implemented service and operational workshops in several locations around the country.
o Broke the local Fishing Services monopoly, raising the market share from 0% to 90+%. Took over 90% of the Cementing Products, Drilling Jars and Tubular Service market. World wide introduction of the Diverter Tool and contribution with the development and global introduction of the WellMaster System.
o Changed the market place by introducing Tubular Running Services as a separate contract in drilling and completion operations. Introduce the DrillPipe Tong and PickUp LayDown technologies in the main drilling operations.

1988 – 1990 OPERATIONS MANAGER
1995 – 2000 HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES - International o Responsible for P&L, providing technical support to operations, developing sales/marketing plans, strong client contact and operational support, and overall responsible for Training, in the following countries:
o Mexico (Northern Mexico – 4 districts). Involved in the implementation and operation of the Integrated Project in Burgos, Reynosa.
o Nigeria (Country – 3 districts). Formed part of the Integration Team in that country. Contributed with Business Development strategies to reach sales of US$ 12 million, increasing profit margins to 37%.
o Brazil (Northeastern – 3 districts). Application of cost control techniques to increase profit margins from 17% to 25% in a depressed O&G market.
o Indonesia (Pertamina Unit I). Start the business in Northern Sumatra, opening operation, service and administration facilities.

1991 – 1994 SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES – Fort Worth, USA
o Involved actively in the Halliburton Management Training Program as instructor.
o Participated in the Reengineering of Halliburton's Training Program. Represented the company as part of the Training and Implementation Team during the developing stage of the Strategic Alliance with ARCO in USA. Also represented the Training Center in several Focus Development Teams.
o Trained many Field Engineers in different technologies, wrote several technical documents and help transferring technology to several of our Direct Sales clients (Iran, China, Poland).
