* Start – up/ commissioning crew of the Production, Separation and Stabilisation Unit, Gas Compression Unit, Gas Sweetening Unit (Amine) and Flare Gas System.
* Coordinate with the contractors and vendors during conversion phase
* Do line tagging, punch listing and prepare the unit for star-up after handover from the engineering.
* Do planning on vessel cleaning, pressure testing, air freeing and pressurizing the system with N2 on all topside process.
* Reviewed and revised the operation manual of the topside process.
* Prepare the acceptance procedure for all the topside process, utility and marine system.
* Prepare the pre start-up checklist for all the process and utility system
* Coordinate with the commissioning crew during the start up until the plant is properly handover to the Operations Department.
* Lead the production operators in toolbox meeting and safety meeting before the job starts.
* Responsible for the training of the production operators onboard.
* Leads in trouble shooting of the process during start-up/shutdown and process upsets in the DELTA V system.
* Perform acceptance test for the production unit, Separation and Stabilization, Gas Compression and Gas Sweetening unit.
