1986 Senior Logistics Engineering Consultant, Evaluation Research Corporation (Oakton, Virginia)

Consulting included determination of contract mobility requirements, deployment scenarios, mission frequency and duration, basing concepts, anticipated service life, interactions with other systems/end items, operational environment, and human capabilities.

Assisted and provided instruction to clients with government and DoD accountability and associated record keeping policies and procedures pertaining to system reliability, maintainability, provisioning, transportation modes, packing and shipping standards and quality control practices.

1982 Senior Field Engineer, Raytheon Company (Santa Barbara, California)

Responsible for the Logistics Engineering Analysis of multiple US Navy/Air Force Radar systems to include Land/Sea/Air based systems. As a team leader, conducted worldwide field visits for clients, to operational units and support activities, which most closely represented the planned contract operational and support environment for new system/equipment contract.

Developed and reviewed for clients, provisioning lists, bill of materials (BOM) lists and prepared reports, graphs, charts and records documenting all efforts undertaken on contractual Supply Support programs.

1981 Senior Field Engineer, Raytheon Company (Kuwait City, Kuwait)

As a contractor, supported multiple HAWK Surface to Air Missile sites to include all aspects of Refrigeration, Mechanical and Power Generation of each battery.

Also provided instruction to Kuwait Air Defense officers in "Train the Trainers" classes, pertaining to Maintenance Techniques, Supply Support, Reporting and System Logistics Requirements.

1980 Senior Field Engineer, Raytheon Company (Ventura, California)

As a contractor, supported the HAWK Surface to Air Missile sites at Mirabad Airport in Tehran, Iran, duties included overall responsibility for the refrigeration, power generation and mechanical aspects of each Missile battery.

At the remote site of Bushehr, Iran, also responsible for coordinating of the local procurement of necessary food supplies, upkeep, maintenance, communications requirements of 40 man team house.
