Supervisor/Technician of Operations, specialized in the oil Refinement, mainly in Plants of Treatment (Hydrotreating, Pressure Swing Adsorption, Amine Regeneration, Sour Water Stripper, Sulfur Recovery, Sulfur Solidification, Fluid Catalytic Cracking, Mercaptans Oxidation, sweeten and extraction process, and Plants of Oxygenated Compound Production). Also, I have knowledge about of Desalters, Delayed Coker, Diluent Recovery, Coker Gas Plant processes, Boilers Water Treatment, Potable and Sanitary Facilities, Steam Turbines, Instrument/Utility Air, Tank Farm, Blending Facilities and Flares.
Participation in the General Repair-Maintenance (Turnaround), making the functions of preparation, execution and control of the operations necessary to carry out the activities at time planned, guaranteeing the security during the development of the process.
Leadership of working group for the implantation of improvements in the quality of the processes, obtaining costs reduction within short time, fomenting the team work to obtain the proposed objectives, attached to norms and world-wide standards in security, health and environment.

* I operated and made activities of smaller maintenance to the equipment of the plants of Naphtha Hydrotreating (NHT), Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) for the Hydrogen purification, Amine Regeneration (ARU), Sour Water Stripper (SWS), Sulfur Recovery (SRU) and Sulfur Solidification (SSU), startup and out of service, equipment static and rotating, such as; towers, drums, tanks, interchangers, furnaces, reactors, filters, burners, pumps, compressors, blowers, turbines, motors, solidificators, among others.
* I made transfer of cisterns of chemistries with Mono Ethanol Amine (MEA). I made the measurement and certification of tanks.
* I participated in the maintenance and repair of vital equipment, such as: tanks, drums, towers, pit of sulfur storage, reactors, furnaces, compressors, among others.
* I carried out the development of procedures for the startup and operation of facilities and equipment new, such as; a new tank type floating roof, and a knockout drum.

* I participated in the activities of revision of the construction of the new plants FNC and TAME, as part of the Projects team, carried out the development of procedures and operations manuals and initial startup of the same ones.
* I made the transfer of containers with catalyst to a bin, by means of a vacuum system. I made the measurement of the catalyst bin for the consumption controls of FCC plant.
* I participated in the general maintenance of equipment as; drums, towers, furnaces, reactors, regenerator, catalyst bin, compressors, lines of transference, among others.
* I proposed and impelled the modification of facilities for the optimization the injection of replacement catalyst to the FCC plant.
* I elaborated procedures for the operation of the existing facilities, for the process of documentation of the refinery operations.
* I elaborated procedures and participated in the activities of catalyst load in reactors and tower of catalytic distillation in the oxygenated compound production plant (TAME).
