Management of civil Contractors and Company personnel, planning, Contract preparation, cost monitoring and control. Preparation and scouting work for future production infrastructure development.

* Tripoli based Civil Superintendent responsible for enabling works (Roads, Water Wells and Rig Sites) for exploration drilling campaign in remote desert locations in Libya. Management of civil Contractors and Company personnel, planning, Contract preparation, cost monitoring and control.

Installation of LPG facilities at Shell filling stations throughout Britain. Management of operations and specialist subcontractors in the field, implementation and monitoring of QA/QC and Safety Procedures while operating in Hazard zones. Responsibility for the day to day operations of an M&E contractor comprising management, motivation and welfare of expatriate and local staff; liaison with current and prospective Clients; preparation of valuations and invoices; follow up of debtors and collection of payment; preparation of financial reports for all projects; ordering and follow up of all imported material inputs. 50% of my time was spent visiting sites spread throughout Tanzania to monitor operations, safety, programme and progress, anticipate problems and deal with any concerns of main contractors and clients.
