* Operates in the safest manner CDU, CDU LPG Merox, CDU Kerosene Merox and Spent Caustic Neutralization Unit base on the requirement of the planner.
* Work as team member and able to coach others especially the colleagues and fresh operators, as necessary on operating parameters and safe working practices, and likewise provide full time direction to Field Operators while directly reporting to Shift Foremen.
* Review and revised the Human Machine Interface (HMI) of the company's DCS Yokogawa Centum CS3000 before further implementation.
* Monitors plant conditions and responds correctly to alarm conditions, making tuning adjustments within plant operating envelope to optimize production.
* Ensures product meets required specifications.
* Complies with all safety and environmental procedures, permit to work system, job risk assessment, accident/incident/near miss reporting and the use of personal protective equipment.

* Customize CDU, LPG and Kerosese Merox Operating Manual and Start-up/Shutdown procedure designed to run the plant.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and resolve complex issues among multiple entities with conflicting interests, effective collaborator, self-motivated, quick learner and a team leader.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office base software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint presentation, etc.)
* Part time DCS Operators Training System instructor.
* A management team member in accomplishing a scaledown project of depots in Manila, Philippines and created Operating manual procedures for the project.
* 15 years extensive experience plus good working knowledge in DCS for process operation.
* Degree in Master in Management Technology
