There are following processing Areas:

* Gas and Condensate Separation by Slug Catcher and Inlet Separators.
* Gas De- hydration with TEG and its regeneration system.
* Gas De-hydration with Molecular Sieves Adsorption and regeneration process.
* Natural Gas Treatment with Membrane System (Cellulose Acetate plus) to remove CO2 from 6% to 2% and H2S from 50 ppm to 15ppm.
* Multistage Centrifugal Compressor with 10 psig suction and 850 psig discharge pressure and15 MMSCFD capacity driven by Nova Pignone Gas Turbine with its auxiliaries (lube oil system and seal gas system).

DHODAK GAS CONDENSATE PROCESSING PLANT.

There are following processing Areas:
* Central Control Room DCS (Yokogawa centum 3000 system)
* I have good knowledge of PLC that's equipments like Electronic Controllers, Alarms Annunciations and Mimic Panels, ESD/OSD Panels, Fire, Gas & Smoke detection Control system, BENTLY NEVADA Vibration Monitoring System, Telemetry (SCADA).

FFBL AMMONIA PLANT:
There are Following Processing Areas.
* Cooper Bessemer Multistage Centrifugal Compressor with 310 psig suction and 2600 psig discharge pressure and Capacity 380,000 SCFD driven by GE-FRAME 5 GAS TURBINE with all auxiliaries (Lube oil system, Seal oil system).
* Ammonia Reactor for conversion synthesis gas to Ammonia using iron oxide (catalyst) with Waste Heat Recovery Boiler generating 250-psig steam, Chillers, Ammonia Separators.
* Ammonia recovery unit from purge gasses.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

* As a Plant Operator control the plant & auxiliary equipments to ensure the start up & shut down of the plant accordance with procedures.
* Responsible for controlling and Reviews various parameters of the plant with in operating limits, Take corrective actions from Field and Report to the shift supervisor / shift engineer about abnormalities of the plant.
* Operation of the plant up to maximum plant capacity, logging the key parameters of plant from field.
* As a PLANT OPERATIR carried out the regular and detailed inspection of all rotating equipments used in operation such as, electric motors, Turbo expander- recompressor, engines, pumps, and compressors, as well as static equipments such as Towers, vessels and heat exchangers to ensure accurate and proper functioning of each item independently.
* As a field operator analyzing time to time on stream line factors for plant operation and maintaining plant operation with safe, reliable and healthy conditions.
* Remained involve in Erection, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of plants & executing the all types of job in plant area during normal operation and annual turn around.
