The job includes:
* Preparation of OSBL pre-commissioning procedures for water flushing, air blowing & drying, N2 pressurization for tightness testing, Nitrogen purging & inerting of process lines/ pipings, vessels and equipment.
* Supervision of the activities of Chinese workers, in the preparation of lines/pipings, vessels and equipment subject for pre-commissioning activities.
* Performance of water flushing of HP Fire water lines/piping to remove dirts & other foreign materials left during construction works. Manual testing of fire water deluge system.
* Doing walkdowns to determine the completeness of all the pipings & equipment works done by the construction groups. Make punch lists for rectification purposes.
* Performed air blowing jobs to removed remaining water, dirts & other debris inside the pipings and equipment.
* Conducts air drying activities, using dry compressed air, in pipings and vessels. Measured the air dryness (dp = <0 deg. C) using Dew Point Meter.
* Performance of N2 pressurization of vessels, tanks, its associated pipings, valves and instruments for tightness or leak test purposes.
* Inerting of vessels, tanks and pipings for preservation purposes. Also, measure the Oxygen content (<2% O2 req'd) of vessels & pipings as required using the Oxygen Analyzer.
