WORK SUMMARY

Total 18+ years experience (17+ years in OIL industry's Drill Sites on Various types of Offshore & Onshore rigs). My expertise includes on Wellsite Geological supervision of Wild cat wells, Stratigraphic wells, HPHT wells, Deep water drilling, Horizontal & Directional geosteering and geological co-ordination between Mud logging, MWD units and Directional drillers while drilling Horizontal and directional wells. Worked in Far East and Middle East countries. (Worked Internationally in countries China, Vietnam, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Iran, India and Yemen etc countries).

Worked as Well site /Operations Geologist for Horizontal & Directional wells / HPHT/ Deep Water drilling wells for clients Canadian Occidental, Occidental, Japex, Total, Arco, OGMC (Encana Joint Venture) & Reliance Oil & Gas Industries, India, Nexen Inc etc.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

As a well site geological supervisor, Geo steered horizontal and Directional wells in Clastics, and Carbonate formations. Geosteered wells in thin sand beds (Channel Sands) in South Hemiar wells in Yemen and drilled through saddle structure in Safah wells in Oman. Supervised Well geological operations includes supervision of Mud logging units, LWD & MWD units, data collection, interpretation of collected geological & Wire line data onsite. Monitoring of wells drilled in high pressure and mud loss zones (In Mukkalla Sands- Mud Loss). Expertise include Geological supervision of Stratigraphic wells, HPHT wells and deep water, Geosteering of Directional and Horizontal wells, Geoapplication specialist, Geosystems Integration, Geo data mangement, Exploratory wells, Coring and Log witnessing and analysis.

Main job involved in real time analysis of Pore pressure using Density and Resistivity Data using Geosoftwares (ARC & CDN/ADN data) and drilling HPHT wells in deep water. Presently apart from HPHT wells, in my tenure with Reliance my job involves in an Operational Geology where Pre and post drilling geological aspects has to be taken care, Pore pressure predictions using Seismic well data and offset well Log & other measure Pressure data.
Having exposure in latest generation wireline tools like FMI, CMR, PEX, MDT, MSCT and ECS, Pore pressure softwares like Predict, Presgraf and Basin Modelling softwares like 123d modelling etc.
