Working to handle the components and equipment that deals with treatment of produced water from oilfields & its disposal into the formation again through injection wells.

* Technical & Engineering supports to Water treatment facilities – Wet crude Tanks, Surge Tanks, Feed & Disposal pumps, under & above ground piping, Pig launchers, Pig Receivers and injection well heads.
* Operation Supervision of Effluent water Treatment and Injection Plant - 350 MBBWPD Capacity with Delta V Process Control system.
* Commissioning of Effluent Water Disposal Plant.
* Process Operations, Process Control & Process modifications with respect to Anti Corrosion/Scale/Bacteria injection system; Fuel Gas Blanketing; Deep Bed Nut- Shell Pressure Filter; Oil, TSS & water Separation; Oil Recovery and Transportation System, LP Fuel Gas Flare System and High Pressure Water Injection System.
* Carry out troubleshooting in the plant.
* Participate in HSE/Technical audits in plants.

III. M/s Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. – 5 ½ years

Job Description
Worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee & Process Engineer from July, 2000 to November, 2005 in Refinery Operations consisting of Atmospheric Distillation Unit & Vacuum Distillation Unit with Crude/RCO Preheat Furnaces, Steam Generators, Heat Exchangers, Strippers, etc. Hands on experience of Distributed Control System (DCS Panel Operation). The responsibilities assigned were,

 Monitoring and Control the tower Parameters through DCS
 Checking of Plant Process Lineups with Process Piping and Instrumentation Drawings.
 Preparation of checklists required as pre requirement of Commissioning activity for Equipment's / Line flushing.
 Pressure testing of the system and study of Pressure and Temperature Profile in Distillation Columns.
 Handling of the units during emergencies like Power failure, Instrument air failure etc, including the safe startup and shutdown of the Units.
 Co-ordination & close follow up with the various service departments as Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation to follow up the maintenance of critical equipment for Safe Unit Operations.

In addition to the above also got trained in "Process Safety & Environment division of Technical Department" responsible for maintaining the effluent characteristics as per the guidelines of MPCB & CPCB, daily monitoring of ETP Plants, monitoring of API separators / skim pond / oil catchers.
