Assisting the Field Operations Manager with the management of the BGTT offshore and onshore facilities acting in the capacity in his absence.
Day to day management of production operations and supervision of all personnel on board the offshore facility.
Conducting initial incident investigations as required or directed by senior management.
Responsible for the Health, Safety and Security of all personnel and assets associated with the facility. Maintaining overall safety and environmental responsibility for all vessels and activities within 500 meters of the facility.
Ensuring that all Company HSSE Procedures and Policies, statutory regulations and applicable Industrial Codes are adhered to, during any work being performed by Company or Contract personnel working either on or adjacent to the installation.
Management and control of any major emergency event on board the facility or within a 500 m circumference around the facility.
Responsible for managing all safety and environmental risks and conflicts associated with simultaneous and combined operations.

Senior Production Technician

Coordination of daily preventive maintenance tasks, preparation of Task Risk Assessments and Permit to Work documents. Ensuring all isolations are conducted in accordance with BGTT isolation procedures.
Responsible for the safe start-up and shut-in of topsides and sub-sea wells, the safe operation of the facility and meeting the daily nominated and contracted gas volumes to NGC and ALNG.
Ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are recorded in the maintenance database (MAXIMO).
Supervising company and contractor personnel, ensuring control measures identified in the Task Risk Assessments are adhered to.
Assist the Offshore Platform Superintendent with the daily management and control of the facility inclusive of associated documentation.
