JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Providing direct technical instructions & support to operators and Technicians.
* Man power handling and co-ordination with maintenance and utilities for smooth plant operations.

* Maintain the records of shift production and raw materials consumption details.
* Maintaining record on observation of daily plant operation and activity for analysis and improvement.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

* Working as a shift-in-charge for 2X3500 TPD sulphuric acid plants, process consultancy by LURGI Gmbh. The main features of this plant is DCDA process, LURO Burners for efficient combustion, 6.2 MW turbo driven blower for process air, largest membrane tube constructed forced- circulation boiler of steam generation capacity 176.5 TPH at 475+/- 5 0 C, Lurgi melters of capacity 2X55 TPH and 1X75 TPH.
* Smooth handling of operation of 2X176.5 TPH Forced circulation WHR Boiler along with trouble shooting.
* Controlling process parameters through DCS (SIEMENS).
* Co-ordination in between field and control room.
* Close monitoring for system optimization.
* Issuing safety permits for various maintenance jobs related to boilers and plants.
* Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance and shut down jobs.
* Operation of CHEMICAL DOSING system.
* Operation of 75KW, 900 KW, 6.2 MW turbo driven pumps and blower.
