I have involved in pre -commissioning, N 2 purging by nitrogen pumping, commissioning and master startup of the Oil & Gas separation and LPG / NGL Recovery Plant-2 as Process Technician.(Plant-1 & 2 capacity: 20 MMSCF Natural Gas, 80 Met LPG & 2500 BBLS NGL per Day, Each)
18 Wells, Including L/S & S/S (well head 3000-4000 psi) with well head controlling by scada system.
DCS-Delta-V (Version 7.4) operations (CCR-Based).
Gas Wells Gathering System.
Early Production Facility. (Crude oil separation unit, capacity: 2000 bbls/day)
Gas and Liquid Dehydrations by Adsorption (Mol Sieve) Technology.
LPG Recovery from Natural Gas by Cryogenics. (Turbo Expender & JT Mode)
LPG & NGL Recovery from Condensate by Fractionator's Column,Reboiler & Condenser Operations. (De-Ethanizer, De-Butanizer )

Health, Safety & Environment Responsibilities:

To provide resources for ensuring best possible HSE standard.
To pursue the contractors for accurate follow up of HSE Policy.
To actively encourage/counsel the employees to participate in the Conduct and Management of HSE through defined objectives and standards.
To implement the procedures regarding storage, transportation and disposal of waste material pertaining to a better and clean environment.
To implement emergency and evacuation procedures to minimize the consequences of accidents at Adhi Gas Field.
A high level of safety awareness prevails by means of Safety Programmers, Safety Review Meetings and General Communication in Plant and also shifts.
To persist and promote the culture of Personal Protective Equipments in shifts, as well as plant site
To promote the conviction that "All accidents can be avoided".

Over All Operational Objectives & Responsibilities:

Suggestions improvement in operational conditions for optimum running of the system.
Monitoring of all shift's operational activities.
Shutdowns / maintenance work.
Study equipment and other failures and advise remedial action.
Evaluation of offsite facilities including LPG Storage Tanks capacity / receipt of LPG.
Prepare for emergency handling.
Inter Tank Transfers / Bowzer Transfer.
Supervision of LPG decanting of Bowzer.
Supervise any civil work at the site.
Machinery / Equipment testing / Repair and Maintenance facilities at the site.
Installation of new machinery and other allied facilities at the Plant.
Preparation of monthly repair/maintenance program and ensuring its implementation by all concerned.
Operations at the Plant and Field included safety and security.
Proper training of operational staff and arranging the Fire Practices.
To ensuring smooth and efficient running of the system.

2-Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. (Bobi Oil & LPG Complex. Tando Adam, Sindh).
(From June 01, 2004 to August 31, 2006)

BOBI OIL & LPG COMPLEX containing Crude Oil separation & stabilization unit, Natural Gas compression system, Refrigeration system, Distillation columns (De-Ethanizer & De-Butanizer), Propane generation system, Gas Re-injection compression system, Oil skimmer unit, Stabilized condensate (Crude Oil), LPG storage & handling system. Complex containing 5000 BBL stabilized condensate, 125 MeT LPG & 23.5 MMSCF Natural Gas per day capacity.

Field Commissioning Participation.
Took part in pre commissioning, commissioning & start up activities of BOBI PHASE-I &II. Working on different assignments, like Pressure Test, Leak Test, Process Hazards Analysis, Nitrogen Purging, Vessels commissioning & Machinery test run operations.
Process contains following specifications.
Flash Separation/Stabilization Unit.
Test separator, Low-pressure separator, and High pressure separation system with pre heating.
Natural Gas Compression & Reinjection System.
Four single stage INTEGRAL COMPRESSORS (I/C Engine Driven) arranged in series (LP, MP, HP & Feed Gas Compressors). Final discharge pressures 750 Psig. Two ARIAL COMPRESSORS, WAUKESHA Engine driven (D P: 3500 Psig) for gas Re-injection purpose into dry wells. (ENERFLEX – PLC based controls system.)
Refrigeration System.
Programmable Logic Control based Refrigeration system containing HAWDAN compressor (I/C Engine "WAUKESHA" Driven.), Glycol System with regeneration unit for dehydration purpose.
De-Ethanizer & LPG Generation System.
De-Ethanizer & De-Butanizer (LPG generation unit) Columns with pre heating "Kettle" type Reboilers.
Plant Utilities System.
Hot oil system with Natural draft FURNACE. Raw water & Fire water storage and distribution system. Waste water stabilization & draining system.

3- Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd. Daharki, Sindh.
(From April 15, 2002 to April 14, 2004.)

Worked on newly introduced in Pakistan, Urea manufacturing process "TOYO COATSU ACES (Advanced Cost & Energy Saving) PROCESS". Here involved in different unit operations & unit processes, like as urea formation, recovery & decomposition of ammonium carbamate. Handled different emergencies & trouble shootings during normal plant operations as well as start up and shutdown of plant. Also working on different assignments during TURN AROUNDS (October 2002 & April 2004), like vessels handing over preparations for maintenance jobs, hot job preparations, confined space entries, pressure tests, leak tests, start up preparation & activities.
Urea Synthesis Section.
1. ACES loop having Urea Reactor, Falling Film Stripper, Scrubber, Carbamate Condenser, Steam generation system. The loop is fully linked with each other by Honey Well's DCS control system.
2. Reciprocating Pumps, (URACA's - Germany, JSW's - Japan).
3. Carbamate recycles Centrifugal Pumps, (EBARA - Japan, SUNDYNE - USA).
4. Liquid NH3 Storage & NH3 Condensers, Absorbers, High & Low pressure centrifugal and P.D Pumps.
Decomposition & Recovery Section.
1. High Pressure & Low Pressure Decomposer, Absorbers, Absorptions coolers, Bubble cap absorption column, Gas Condensers, Oxidizer, Vacuum concentration system.
2. Urea pumps, Blowers, Urea Filtration, and Falling Film Evaporators & Wastewater draining system.
