Utility and offsite facilities, heater, amine absorber regeneration, caustic absorber & regene- rator, Cryogenic Tanks, and Floating roof Tanks.Pre-commissioning and commissioning activity of Process area like HP and LP Flare Unit, Sour water Stripper unit, Slug catcher and separation unit, MEG Recovery unit, Dehydration unit, NGL Refinery unit, Condensate stabilization unit, cryogenic and Floating roof storage tanks and steam flushing and warming out.

Detail of overseas Experience

1. SOUTH PARS GAS PHASE 6, 7&8 IRAN(Through joint venture TIJD)
I was worked with TIJD his oil gas project is in Iran having capacity
3900mmscfd as a part of Commissioning-Process group I am responsible for
Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up activities in DCS as well as field In Below section
2. SOUTH PARS GAS PHASE4, 5 IRAN(Through Hyundai consortium)
I was worked with ENI Group Company in phase 4, 5 having
Capacity 2000mmscfd as a process operator. I am responsible for
Commissioning and start up of the following plant.

ƒæ Reception facility and gas separation
ƒæ Condensate stabilization
ƒæ Gas drying and gas treatment(Amine, caustic)
ƒæ NGL fractionation
ƒæ MEG regeneration& sour water stripper plant.
ƒæ Propane refrigeration system and cryogenic storage
Equipment handled:
ƒæ Refrigeration compressor, off gas compressor, ESDV,GOV,MOV valve operation,
ƒæ Induce-force draft fan, High pressure sub merge pump, centrifugal, SWS column, amine treatment and regeneration column, caustic treatment, three phase separator etc.
ƒæ I worked in field as well as DCS (YokogaWa cs3000) panel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
My job and responsibility during comm. precom. And Startup of oil, gas and

ƒæ Review of the plant pfd's / p & id's / equipment datasheet.
ƒæ Going through plant specific operating, standard operating procedure manuals.
ƒæ Prepare P&ID for blowing of line,loop,vessel and internal cleaning
ƒæ Unload tanker of propane to propane bullet.
ƒæ Preparation of water trial run schemes for pumps and involved in successful trial run of pumps with water.
ƒæ Day to day commissioning activity of fired heater, trial run of forced draft fan, induced draft fan and refractory dry out of the fired heater.
ƒæ Successful trial runs of gas compressor.
ƒæ High pressure N2 Leak test of various system including columns, vessels, piping
ƒæ Checking fire and gas detection system and firewater deluge system
ƒæ Stroke checking of PCV, TCV, and FCV during commissioning.
ƒæ Making of Punch points list & rectification of the points in co-ordination with Maintenance
ƒæ Familiar with fire preventive and protective system.
ƒæ Close observation of vessels and rotating equipment and reports to the superiors for any Abnormalities.
ƒæ Familiar with all type of distillation columns and its control systems.
ƒæ Recordings operational and process parameters.
ƒæ Carry out normal start-up, shut-down and emergency shut-down operation of compressor, pump, fan etc.
ƒæ Receiving raw materials and pumping out product materials.
ƒæ Co-operate with other operators whenever needed.
