Assisted the drilling manager in the preparation of contracts for services, material planning, AFE analysis, tender preparation and evaluation. Prepared detailed drilling budgets and tender documents for third party services. Also, evaluated and negotiated contracts as a team member and was required to follow up the material procurement, drilling performance and AFE; actual against planned. Furthermore, requirements of the position included the coordination of main service contractors at the rig-site, and the supervision of operations from office. Completed two wells to 11800 feet and 11350 feet respectively in NC 188 concession, saving 15% in well savings from the approved budget in the first well, and 20% in the second well.
