As Senior Project Manager responsibilities include: Selecting general contractors, preparing and administering contracts and change orders on fast track projects, monitoring costs and forecasting budgets, dispute resolution, quality control and safety administration, multi-prime contractor project management, CPM scheduling, develop design changes to meet budgets and provide solutions to complex engineering/ construction/ financial/ political/ legal problems as they relate to mall development and construction.
