ASHTART Off-shore oil field (Mediterranean Sea, Tunisia).
Oil Production Operator:
- Production operations on the platform, process controlling and adjustment: gas-lifted and ESP wells (12000 barrel/day), separators, treaters, degassers, flotation Units, hydrocyclones, fuel gas systems, Glycol Dehydration and regeneration unit, electro - Chlorination system, gas-lift compression (900000 sm3/day, 140 Bar, Cooper reciprocating and Dresser-Rand centrifugal compressors), gas turbines, sea water injection (10000 m3/day, 200 Bar), chemical injection units, Fuel and fresh-water systems.
- Control room operator: Provox DCS system, managing work permits and isolation confirmation certificates, satellite Platform remote control and Monitoring, shut-down and start-up all platforms or satellite platform only.
- Controlling crude and produced water treatment quality (laboratory analysis), well flow testing.
- Process equipments isolation and maintenance, safety systems calibration.
- Assisting in wire-line and acidification operations.
Trainings:
- Basic oil production operator training (3 months):
(Fundamentals of chemistry, Hydrocarbons, process parameters, heat transfer, hydrodynamics, Well effluent, reservoir, drilling techniques, Completion and Wellhead, Gas Lift, Water injection, Crude oil treatment, Gas treatment, Gas dehydration (TEG), Water treatment, Piping, valves and vessels, corrosion, exchangers, Compressors, Pumps, Gas turbines).

- Personal survival techniques specific offshore.
- H2S alive Certification (Total safety): first aid procedures, rescue techniques, respiratory protective equipments.
