* Routine observation of process variables and maintaining process parameters.
* Logging the process variables.
* Raise PTW/work orders for maintenance to respective department.
* Monitoring the condition of rotary equipments.
* Handling minor maintenance.
* Isolating and handing over of Equipments for major maintenance.
* Start up, Shutdown and trouble shooting operation and House Keeping.

* AREA OF EXZPERIENCE:

SAFETY PROCEDURES
Well experienced in handing over any equipment for maintenance in a SAFE WAY knowing all procedures like ELECTRICAL CLEARANCE, CABLE Disconnection / Connection, isolation, flushing, purging etc.
Good experience in following all safety procedures to be followed during Vessel Entry, Hot work like welding, cutting, high elevation job, and excavation jobs etc.
Having good knowledge about LEL & HEL of various chemicals.
Well trained in using H2S detectors, Gas monitors.
