OBJECTIVE
To work as Field production/Process Operator in Oil and Gas process platforms/Allied Sectors.
Work experience Summary:
Having 5 years of experience in the oilfield production in offshore Oil and Gas platforms and Drilling Rigs. The experience varies from production operator for processing platforms and Work Over Completion Job in Offshore Drilling Rigs. Job of Well Testing, wellhead Operations, Handling of water injection system. Active involvement in various well service operation, pigging operations, Christmas Tree maintenance & pressure testing. Gone through Platform conducted several induction programs to enhance the safe operational practice & to optimize the production effort by keeping awareness of health, safety & environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as a "Field Production operator" in platform and rigs under secondment from Samfire Services. The nature of job involves
Worked at the offshore Oil collection center, (early production system) and unmanned wellhead towers, and the Gas treatment facility. Associated gas dehydration by Try Ethylene Glycol unit, Glycol regeneration system, Corrosion inhibition systems, Waste heat recovery hot oil circulation systems etc.
Carried out jobs such as Wellhead and Manifold operation, changing choke bean, well testing, Daniel Orifice plate changing. Baker panel operation for opening/closing of SSVs, SSSVs in X'MAS Tree. Monitoring & Controlling of gas flow to dehydration unit using TEG, Make up of glycol to accumulator, contactor sampling, start-up/shutdown of condensate pump, monitoring and controlling produced water treatment unit. Startup/shutdown of centrifugal gas compressor, inspection and operation of unmanned platforms, preparation, calibration of chemicals pumps, such as Antifoam, Bactericide, Demulsifiers, Corrosion inhibitor, O2 scavenger, pH controller, etc. Start-up/shutdown of heat exchangers (shell & tube), sea water lift pumps.
Carrying out first line maintenance.
Raising work request as required.
Preparing the site for maintenance job, involves isolation, depressurization, draining & N2 purging. Carrying out gas testing to ensure the site is free of gas & H2S.
Authorization and revalidation of PTW (Permit to work) on daily basis.
Wellhead jobs:
* Routine jobs such as collecting wellhead samples; inspection & changing of fixed choke and operation of variable choke.
* Closing & opening wells- single & dual string; opening & closing of AVA Dresser, Baker actuator with SSV & SSSV module
* Operations of various Valves, Well Head, X-Mass tree, Manifolds on Platforms.
* Logging various process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and level.
* Well testing, checking GIP, FTHP, Total gas, injection gas readings during testing and also collecting samples.
* Checking the annulus pressure & bleeding as required.
* Connections of SSV, SSSV, flow line, choke during well handover from rig.
* Controlling the flow of gas injection, equalization during well shut off.
* Involved in pigging operations, wire line operations and well stimulation works. Also involved in acidization, coil tubing and well cleanup jobs.
* Testing the leakage in flow lines, de pressurizing the lines for maintenance works.
* Opening the SSV, SSSV during shutdown.
Workover jobs:
* Rabbiting in tubing's and assisting drill floor personals during running tubing's and pull out.
* Preparation of SSSV, MMG for run along with tubing..
* Running in the SSSV control line with tubing and checking it for leakage.
* Pressure testing of adaptor flange, hanger bolts.
* Setting of landing nipple, expansion joints, flow couplings to tubing and also BPV with tubing hanger.
* Fishing tool preparation and servicing it after job completion.
* Pressure leakage testing of X-mass tree, tubing hanger, etc.
* Monitoring the sequence during running in and pull out.
BOLTMASTER INDIA PVT LTD. MUMBAI FROM JULY 2003 TO Nov 2003.
Worked as a QA/QC Inspector in manufacturing high tensile fasteners.
* Final, stage, receiving inspection of different types of bolts, nuts, screws, studs, etc.
* Carrying out mechanical tests such as tensile test, shear test, proof load, wedge load, etc.
* Handling third party inspection and maintaining the third party documents.
* Maintaining the ISO documents.
* Knowledge of reading and understanding the engineering drawings.
* Knowledge in machine shop, forging shop, heat treatment.
Educational Qualifications
Pre-Degree Course Certification (10+2) specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years) from the Board of Technical Examinations, Karnataka State Government securing first class in 2003
