Job description * Supervisions Production team to operate the plant such as hating system operating (exchanger, heaters, pumps) Oil treatment (separation & desalting & dehydration) Safety control system for separators & Test separator, Produce & fresh Water treatment, Equipment isolation, normalizing, Operate Solar turbine, Gas scrubbers (to separate the gas from liquid to use for utility) Stripping column & filters & water injection Export meters & shipping pumps, & Operate control Panel view PLC program.
* Follow the Project & contracts activities in plant & wells.
* Discuss & give advices for future modification & adding with others sections.
* * Plant restart up after shut down or stopping for modification.
* Supervisions the maintenance Activities (Preventive & corrective maintenances)
* Supervisions Well head operating & supervise the well operators for (natural wells & gas lift wells ), Wells Functional test, operating, start up
* Supervisions well heads wire line operations.
* Supervisions Well head activities such as: Leak test & greasing valves on well head. Restarting wells with (gas lift)
* Good knowledge for gas treatment (Separation, glycol dehydration, refrigeration, sweetening, demonstration ¡K).
* Centralize control room panels according to plant parameters & take correction action through centralizing control DCS panel & monitoring the parameters.
