Responsibilities area:

1) 2004 ¡V 2005, At the Project Supervising the contractor's working
„X To prepare of standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for PreCommissioning, Commissioning, and Start up of off Site Utility.
„X Checking of piping installation and Instrumentation as per P&ID and Isometric (Punch out of lines).
„X Inspection of Columns Internal, SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis), Deaerator, Boiler, HRSG, Combustion Turbine Generator, Sour Water Stripper, Cold Box, Tanks before Boxing up.
„X To recheck all of contractor's work in according to the project schedule and design (Erection, Piping & Equipment Acceptance).
„X To recheck process engineering flow diagram, piping & Instrument Diagram, Vessel Entry, Work permit and Chemical Store.
„X To advise management on new policies for engineering inspection and techniques for condition monitoring, reliability and life expectancy of Off Site Utility plant equipment.
„X To follow system established policies and professional engineering standard.

2) 2006, On Start Up, Involved activities of Pre Commissioning and Commissioning, such as: Flushing of lines, Steam Blowing, Cooling water line flushing, Hydro Test of equipment along with connected piping, Water Run test of pump, Safety Valve Popping Test, Vessel Internal Inspection, Cold & Hot Acid Trial, Interlock Test of DCS, Heating Up, Making of SOP System and Trial Production.

3) 2006 ¡V at present, On Commercial Production
„X To manage the dedicated area of responsibility of OSU facility person in shift basis in accordance to the agreed planning prepared by OSU Shift Supervisor.
„X To organize my team to meet the OSU objectives within my area of responsibilities.
„X To develop my team member capabilities to meet the operation team member to be capable in operating the facility, also as first line SHE/Emergency Response Team, facility inspector and quality control.
„X To conduct trouble shooting in case problem occurs or recommendation for problem solving including process/operation improvement.
„X To prepare and update the operating philosophy, procedure, instruction together with operation Plant Engineer for the OSU Facility.
