I have an Overall 7 years of Operations Experience with Oil and Gas Production.
1- At Present I am Working for (AFPC) Al Furat Petroleum Company as Production Senior Operator from 05 / 07 / 2004 up to date.
2- Work for (AFPC) Al Furat Petroleum Company as Production Operator from 04 / 07 / 2002.
3- Work for (AFPC) as Production Trainee from 19 / 09 / 2000 to 03 /07 / 2002.
Al Furat Petroleum Company (AFPC) is a Joint Venture (JV) between the Syrian Petroleum Company and Shell International Exploration and Production.
The Company has a multi-National Environment and Shell Standards are maintained in all aspects, Operation, Maintenance and HSE and the Company has an outstanding HSE record.
The Company is producing some 190,000 bbls/d of Oil and as secondary recovery some 640,000 bbls/d of Water is injected into the reservoir, and the Gas Plant capacity 170 mmcf of Gas.
JOB DETAILS
CONTROL PANEL OPERATION:
Handling the Plant in Emergency Situations, Operation Knowledge on DCS, PLC, Operations, Preparing Midnight Report, Plant Log Sheets.
WELL HEAD OPERATION:
Operation Knowledge on Safe Guarding System. Closing and Opening the Well, (SSSV,SSV) Operation, Choke Adjusting, Well Data, Panel Operation, Chemical Injection and Routine Check.
OIL AND GAS GATHERING STATION:
Operation Control and Maintenance Knowledge of Manifold, Headers, Production Separator II Phase and III Phase, Test Separator, H.P. Separator, I.P. Separator and L.P. Separator, Surge Tank, Flare Knock Out Drum, Flare System, Produced Water Skim Tank, Closed Drain Vessels, Sampling and Analyses, Well Test Procedures, Chemical Injection ( De-mulsefier, Corrosion Inhibitor, Scale Inhibitor ), Pig Launching and Receiving, Plant Shut down and Start up Procedures.
VAPOUR RECOVERY UNIT:
Operation Control and Maintenance Knowledge on Reciprocating Gas Compressor Pignone with Hydro-Com and PLC Controlled, De- gassing Vessel, Scrubbers, Coolers (Heat Exchangers), Cooling Water Distribution Systems, Scrubber Condensate Pump, Start up and Shut down Procedures, Isolation and Deisolation Procedures of the Unit.
CENTRAL PRODUCTION FACILTIY:
Operation Control and Maintenance Knowledge of Gas Boots, Free Water Knock Out Vessels, Dehydration Tanks, Desalination Tanks. Produced Water Skim Tanks, Produce water Re-injection to Wells via High Pressure Pumps (100 bar & 220 bar), Shipping Pumps 1.5 MW, Heater Treater, Pig receiving & launching, LACT Meter with Prover Unit, Isolation and De-isolation Procedures of Fixed Roof Tanks and Floating Roof Tanks, Flare Knock Out Drum, Flare System, Clean Up Pit, Start up and Shut down Logics of Plant.
WATER TREATMENT AND INJECTION PLANT:
Operation and Maintenance Knowledge of Dual and Multi Media Filters, Tanks, Deaerator towers, Removal of Oxygen by Mechanically and Chemically(Vacuum Pump Reduced Oxygen up to 50 ppb and Chemical Oxygen Scavenger Reduced up to 5 ppb), High Pressure Injection Pumps (100 and 220 bar), Booster Pumps, Waste Water System, Filter Backwash Operation, Chemical Injections like Biocide, Poly Electrolyte, Ferric Sulphite, Corrosion Inhibitor. Startup and Shutdown Procedures, Isolation and Deisolation (Filters, Towers and Pumps).
WATER LIFT STATION AND POTABLE WATER UNIT:
Operation Control and Maintenance Knowledge of Intake Filters, Still Well, Lift Pumps, Lamella Separator, Hydro Cyclones, Break Tank, Pre strainers, Dual Media Filters, U.W.S. System, Sand Filters, Softener, Carbon Filters, Cartridge Filters, U.V. Sterilizer and Tanks, Waste Water System, Chemical Injection (Ferric Sulphate, Polyelectrolyte, Chlorine) Startup and Shutdown Logics, Isolation and Deisolation Procedure.
UTILITIES:
