-Ensuring that plant controls and shutdown systems are operated in a safe manner.

- Operation of Sub Surface Gathering / Flow Control System on DCS Pneumatic Automatic Control System at LBDP.
Onshore E & P (Gas processing plant): -
- Involves starting up the plant by lining up wells to production or test headers, preparing chemicals for injection/transfer as required and starting up the glycol dehydration system in accordance with authorized procedures.
-Takes various readings and conducts tests as directed. Ensures at all times that safety equipment is worn and all safety rules and regulations are adhered to.
- Commingling of the Offshore, LBDP & Land Wells Gas, Decisions to divert the same in to HP & LP System.
- Operational of DPCU (Dew Point Control Unit) by using MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) as Freezing Point Depression agent, Propane (C3) as refrigerant, Plate Heat Exchanger, Reflux Condenser, Shell & Tube single phase Gas/ Gas Interchanger & Distillation column.
- Reports directly to the Production Forman on all aspects of the plant operation.
- Operation of Mycom Screw Compressor for C3 driven by CAT- 3412 LE Engines & Reboiler for MEG with BMS (Burner Management System).
- Operation of the 04 nos of Dresser Rand Compressors has driven by CAT-3616 TA Engine with 1.12 mmscmd & 10-50 kgcm2 each Capacity.
- Customer (13 Nos.) correspondence for the operation & shutdown related planning.
- Overall monitoring of the operations of the processing plant and various equipments and related accessories. Their regular inspection and making various operational adjustments, Attend to plant emergencies (Fire/toxic release) and participate in related activities to ensure the safety of the plant and minimize damage to property and environment, Regulate the pressure & flow of sales gas as per nomination by DCS system (TATA Honeywell).

Roles & Responsibilities:
Onshore E & P (Oil & Gas processing plant): -
- Responsible for Planning in production testing of wells optimization of running hours and suggestion for job requirement as per testing records, maintain all data like well production, Running hours, Gas measuring data, GOR, water cut etc.

In Well site:
- Well head operation, Circulation job, Air compressor job and Steaming Job etc. The job also involves training of new operators laying special emphasis on company standards in safety, health environmental aspects. Also to ensure that all safety measures are incorporated in the operating and maintenance procedures.
- Data acquisition from well site such as BHP, BHT, Liquid level, by using Echo meter, guiding operators for operation of Facility and Well side activities,

In Plant:
- Routine Well Operations and well testing using two phase and three phase test separators & Heater treater. Chang Orifice plates (senior & junior) depending upon the well pressure and gas flow rates.
- Sampling of the process fluids.
- Adjust dosing of chemicals Demulsifier & PPD, collect and record the details of chemicals consumptions and stock.
