Perform daily report of gas, oil, water and condensate calculation, samples analysed result, equipments running hours, chemical consumption and stock. SRU/CPA OPERATOR. Operate the larger Central Processing Area (Substitute of EPS) including Fluid Separation, Crude Oil Sweetening Unit, Gas Sweetening (LOCAT II US Filter H2S Removal Plant / SRU: Sulphur Recovery Unit), Liquid Storage and Shipping, PLC operation (Freelance 2000 DCS System, Alle Bradley PLC, Eagle Quantum Fire and Gas Detector) -. Operate and monitor the plant performance. -. Collect and analyse the samples from the process. -. Equipments and plant troubleshoot. -. Perform daily report of gas, oil, water and condensate calculation, samples analysed result, equipments running hours, chemical consumption and stock. EPS PLANT OPERATOR. Operate the Simplified Earlier Central Processing System which consist of HP separators, LP separators, Degassing Boot, Settling Tanks, Condensate tank, oil and water booster pumps, KO drums and flare. (Ex. Rental Plant) -. Maintain the plant to keep in good performance and save condition. -. Collect and analyse the samples from the process. -. Plant trouble shooting. -.
