Currently engaged in commissioning and start up phase of oleflex unit.
Some brief description of plant is as under,

PDH plant is a Propane dehydrogenation unit and essentially consist of following main units..

OLEFLEX¡K This is UOP moving bed catalyst process designed to selectively de-hydrogenate Paraffins feed to corresponding mono-olefins.(Propane to Propylene) Design conversion is 34%.

CCR (Continuous Catalyst Regeneration System) is UOP process for the continuous regeneration of the spent catalyst by burning coke in regeneration tower.

Cryogenic separation unit, that mainly separates hydrogen from propane/propylene stream at extremely low temperature, -165C.

Feed Preparation and Fractionation unit mainly consist of distillation columns.

Two Auxiliary boilers high pressure steam boilers with 146 ton/hr steam production at 44 bar. Boilers are made by Babcock & Wilcox.
