I have been involved with and responsible for onshore planning, procurement and offshore supervision on offshore projects including implementation 0f HSE policies & marine procedure writing and review. Extensive experience as MODU and semi rig move coordinator & warranty surveyor. Marine Standards and Offshore Project Specialist in the Marine Ops Department of a Middle East based company, responsible for the day to day operation, supervision, auditing and inspection of all chartered vessels and barges (approx 25 vessels) which include, DP Dive Support, Pipe lay, cable lay, Heavy lift, AHTS, Supply, Utility and Crew vessels. I am an approved Government Nautical Inspector & Marine Casualty and Accident Investigator to Flag States: Bahamas Maritime Authority, Barbados, Belize, Vanuatu and Panama Flags specializing in vessel inspection and casualty investigation. I carry out statutory and Annual Nautical Inspections on a wide variety of vessels, including passenger, ferries, fast craft, offshore vessels and installations. I been involved in and lead a number of accident investigations on behalf of Flag States, investigating groundings, collisions, fire, and personal injury.
