Duties included being the focal point for all IT support issues including setting up profiles etc, and also helping the personnel with any software issues/problems. In charge of Wells team filing system both Electronic and Manual, using Wintrac for the logging of documents and server files for electronic filing. Creation of schedules, presentation work, design drawing, creation of charts, graphs and completion diagrams. Update and creation of the integrated schedules etc using Project.
