TXU, Luminant Energy, October 2007 – July 2008, Senior Natural Gas Scheduler, East Desk
Senior Scheduler in charge of all operations across the following pipelines: DOM, TCO, Texas Gas, Transco, TGP, MN, PNGTS, TCPL, Algonquin and Tetco. I have extensive knowledge of AGT, TGP, MN, PNGTS, DOM and TCO. Managed all capacity on those pipelines through least cost dispatching, and was responsible for tracking all gas flows, monitoring P&L, and approving invoices from those pipelines. Spent 3 months cross training on Texas Intrastate pipelines, Atmos and Energy Transfer, as well as learned how to manage several natural gas storage facilities, used to serve generation plants in Texas.
Sprague Energy, April 2005 – October 2007, Natural Gas Scheduler
Pipeline Experience: DOM, TCO, CGT, TGT, Transco, TGP, MN, PNGTS, TCPL, Union, Empire, Granite
Responsibilities included monitoring and scheduling natural gas term and spot transactions on assigned pipelines. As well as tracking all scheduled gas in Excel and our Gas Master accounting system, while working directly with all traders and other schedulers to coordinate movement of gas. Duties are to nominate gas on pipeline EBB's, have all spreadsheets and Gas Master match the EBB, and verify invoices for all transactions on pipelines. Responsible for understanding pipeline rates and optimizing gas delivery routes through least cost path dispatching. Then prepare operational reports for billing and work with schedulers, traders and accounting personnel to prepare and verify end of month profit and loss reports. My first year at Sprague I was solely responsible for all activity across our Appalachian Pipes, including DOM, TCO, CGT and TGT. The last year and a half I have been singularly responsible for all New England activity across TGP, MN and PNGTS. During my time at Sprague I have also been asked to schedule our Canadian pipes as well as Transco. I have extensive knowledge of each of the pipes mentioned, but my expertise lies with Tennessee Zone 6, Maritimes and Portland. During my 2.5 years at Sprague, I have proven my ability to work very diligently and multitask by meeting all scheduling deadlines, and my attention to detail by eliminating mistakes while scheduling across interconnecting pipelines both in the summer and in the winter.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, January 2002 – December 2004
One year spent in daily car rental, six months at a neighborhood branch and six months at Bush Intercontinental Airport. One year as a Staff Accountant after being promoted within the company to the business department at the Houston corporate office. I was responsible for a variety of duties from Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Daily job duties included: Journal entries, adjusting entries, cash management and bank transfers, all inter-company payables, monthly bank reconciliations, prepared monthly financial statements including the balance sheet and income statement.

Foot Action USA, 1998 – 2001
Sales Associate and Shift Leader. Worked for Foot Action for the entire three years that I attended Texas Christian University. Job duties included organizing and motivating all sales associates, as well as monitoring job performance. Skills required included customer service and good communication, and also training skills in developing new sales associates.
Pappasito's Cantina, 1996 – 1998
Head Waiter, Bartender and Head Trainer. As head waiter I was responsible for the collection of all funds and the accounting, bookkeeping and deposit of these funds. Bartending responsibilities included entertaining guests, providing prompt customer service and preparing all bar drinks. As head trainer I was in charge of the development of all new hires, while helping to coordinate the wait staff. Awards include Employee of the Month, August 1997 and Employee of the Quarter, 3rd quarter 1997.
