Currently employed with ABU-DHABI OIL REFINING CO. (TAKREER) having the refining capacity as 85,000 BPSD and working as a Control Room Operator in Oil Movement section having 68 storage tanks facilities for all products. And also participating in Pre-commissioning, commissioning, Loop testing, Logic testing philosophy test with the project team of "M/S DODSAL and NAMA MOTT MACDONALD" Engineering in new expansion tank farm project for storage the Gasoline RON-95, 91, Gas oil and JP-1.

2:Nov.1998 to July 2007 PAK-ARAB REFINERY CO (PARCO).

Worked with PAK-ARAB OIL REFINERY CO (PARCO) state of the art of technology 1, 00,000BPSD Mid Country Refinery as a Sr.Control Room Operator in Oil Movement (Tank Farm) area having the storage tanks facilities as 52 Equipped with DCS Centum CS YOKOGAWA.

JOB DESCRIPTION IN OIL MOVEMENT (TANK FORM) AREA.

I have taken part in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities of the area with the project team of Marubeni Corporation of Japan and Japan Gasolene Corporation in Parco and with DODSAL and NAMA MOTT MACDONALD Engineering in Takreer.

* Crude oil receiving through pipeline (864 km long from Karachi to site Mehmood kot) crude oil storage and feeding to crude distillation unit.
* LPG handling receiving and feeding to fuel gas system.
* LPG truck loading, transferring handling through pipeline.
* Intermediate storage (Light Naphtha, Heavy Naphtha, VGO, Reformat and Stab.Naptha)
* Supervision of "petroleum products blending" such as MOGAS, HOBC, HSD, LDO, jet A-1, and Fuel Oil as a "Blending Operator"
* Participation as a representative of PARCO with different companies dealing in Aviation Fuels such as DESC, PSO, SPL, and PIA & AIR TOTAL in order to check the quality of aviation fuels.
* Supervision of Gantry operation in truck loading area as a "Gantry Supervisor"
* Developing standards operating procedure "SOPs" in order to make the oil movement & Gantry operations safer and easier.
* Preparation of petroleum products inventory as well as the production and dispatch of the petroleum products either through pipeline operation or through gantry operation.
* Preparation of feasibility reports for modification of jobs of oil movement department.
* Finished products transfer for truck loading and also performed other activities like tanks switchover operation, inter-tank transfer and re-injection system.
* Sampling and gauging of finish and intermediate products.

3: FAUJI-JORDON FERILIZER DAP/UREA COMPLEX KARACHI

Total Duration: August 1997 to November 1998.
Working experience as an Apprentice Process Plant Operator at DAP (Di-Ammonium Phosphate) plant Designed by "Grand Proze Process of France" capacity 1350MT/D.
I have taken part in Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning startup and shutdown activities and performed duty at the following section:
* HGGS (Hot Gas Generation Section).
* DPRS (Double Pipe Reactors Section).
* GS (Granulation Section).
* RDS (Rotary Dryer Section).
