Supervisory achievements:
Of direct supervisory experience I have worked field based supervising mud engineers offshore India on both semis and drillships coordinating logistics on boats including Rig moves from Eastern India to Western India.
This meant assessing equipment capabilities such that the drilling supervisor knew what was the best way to proceed.Coordinating supply vessels,inter rig transfers and liassing with the current mud engineers in the field.Producing clear work instructions on a day to day basis to smoothly allow operations to proceed.Producing long term plans for the tripling of the rig fleet and ensuring shore based engineers knew what extra facilities had to be constructed.

My Goals:

My CV shows a great diversity of places where I have worked. Consequently I have seen many different oil companies and how they work.From the top down Supervisor driven operation to the multi team open approach.

I like to meet and beat targets and I'm always willing to try new ideas.
I have always believed work has to be done safely or not at all. Thus I have requested work be suspended or changed several times if I have believed there was a safer way.
During my working career I have studied environmental courses with the Open University believing that regard for the environment is paramount. I use this philosophy while working at all times.

About myself:
I like most sports: Golf, cricket (both of which I still play) rugby and football.

I speak reasonable French though my written French is not very good. However I can practice before starting the job. For instance I did not know any Spanish when I went to Venezuela but I learnt enough Spanish to converse in oil field terms.
