SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

GAS FIELD EXPERIENCE: -
Duties included gas separation from gas condensate by using three phase / two phase separators from slug catcher, free- water knock out drum, degassing vessels, glycol regeneration unit, glycol and gas – absorber operation, colaser filters, flash vessel, charcoal filters, lean glycol to rich glycol exchangers, Glycol stripper, re-boilers, surge vessels, operation of propane compressors, propane chilling unit, propane chillers, exchangers, flash separators, mainline gas export and control system of DCS/SCADA, PID controls ( Proportional and Integrational Derivative Controls) Isolation and De-isolation of equipments and startup and shutdown LOGIC and methanol injection operation to prevent hydrate formation and all type of PCV, FCV and LCV operations, etc. Handled Gas upto 5mm3 / day.
GAS INJECTION UNIT: -
Duties included operation of gas lift compressor startup, purging section, compressor section, line up of gas lift headers & maintaining its pressure, isolate the gas injection compressors from the gas lift header and the injection header. Purge the system with nitrogen and decrease the hydro carbon content below (10% of LEL). Operated single stage two cylinder Nuovo Pignone reciprocating compressor with the discharge pressure of 7300 Kpa and the cylinder cooling is done by water / glycol closed circuits working on the thermosyphon principle, parameters checking, etc.
GAS LIFT SYSTEM: -
Operation included gas lift compressor startup. shutdown and emergency procedure. operated Dresser Clark 3 stage centrifugal compressor the 3rd stage discharge pressure is 5303 Kpa. The compressor is driven by Ruston Gas fired turbines. The speed of the compressor is controlled by the discharge flow controller which in turn receives a remote set point from a low signal selector between the suction pressure controller and discharge pressure controller. The capacity of compressor is 4,00,000 m3 (st.) / day.
Handled different types of Gas Compressor (Reciprocating and Centrifugal). Thomson, Dresser Borsig, Energy BPCL & Demag. Sweet gas purging of H2S gas compressors, Isolation and De-isolation of Compressors start-stop logics, scrubbers, auxiliary pumps heat exchangers, etc. Handled Gas compressor capacity upto 1 mm3 / day at 80 BAR pressure.

CONTROL ROOM
OIL & GAS GATHERING STATIONS: -

Inspection and operations of Christmas tree and flow lines. Flow line-flushing jobs PIG or Scrapper launching & receiving, Inspection of pipelines for leakage and puncture, isolation & hand over wells to services for perforation, Acid jobs, SSC & SSSV operations. Well Head panel operations, Flow line Chock changing STHP, FTHP, well equalising, Annulus pressure bleeding, safety valve testing, Individual well testing etc.,
OIL / GAS PLANT OPERATIONS: -
Operating and monitoring the production units of central separation of oil and gas treatment plant, make the set point of (PIC, TIC, FIC, LIC) controllers as per instructions.
Making of daily production reports and calculations related for DPR's Monitoring and recording of process parameters.
* Reporting all equipment and instrument defect and making further possible corrective action. Having knowledge of start-up and shut-down SCADA control plant.
* Trouble shooting process, equipemnt & instrument problems.
* Having knowledge of commissioning of process plant.
* Change over of pumps, compressors, oil storage tanks, separators & filters etc.
* Checking regularly all equipment & units to ensure that they are functioning properly according to standard operating conditions.
JOBS IN CONTROL ROOM AS SENIOR PRODUCTION FOREMAN
For the operation of Programmable Logistic Control Systems (PLC), override system, plant safety system, crud oil processing operations, operation of free water knock out drum. De-hydrator, Storage tanks, skim tanks, export pumps, operation of open and close drain systems, utility systems and operation of diesel generators, air compressors, chemical injection system such as d-emulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, PPD etc. water injection system associated with skim tank. Re-cycling sludge hopper, and chemical injection skids such as oxygen scavenger, reverse de-mulsifier, bactericide and flotation agent etc.
CONTROL PANEL AND MAINTENANCE: -
Conversant in handling of all types of control panels. Central control panels, local control panels, pneumatic control panels, valve mounted control panels, SCADA and DCS systems. Various types of valves PCV, LCV, FCV, fisher controllers, Gas Detectors.
UTILITIES: -
Well experienced in utility operations of such as gas compressors, Air Compressors, centrifugal pump, fire water pump, cooling water pump house, water treatment plant, process waster water treatment plant, raw water treatment, effluent treatment, cooling.
