CURRENT ACCOUNTABILITIES
Over 13.0 years of rich and extensive experience in OIL GAS REFINERY, GAS TO LIQIUID (GTL), (DCS and fields plant process operation) Working in DIESEL/Vacuum Gas Oil/KERO, Sulphur recovery and SGCU. Hydortreating Unit having a capacity of 140KBPSD of DIESEL of 2 identical trains for achieving 98% Desulphurization and 70% Denitrification and for VGO having a capacity of 142 KBPSD of 2 trains for achieving 94%Desufurisation and 54% Denitrification.In-processing objective for reducing Sulphur level to 0.2% at F.C.C. feed for meeting SOX emission to 300ppm in flue gas. As in HDS and HDN reaction is require highest amount of Hydrogen so for that reciprocating and centrifugal compressor with 500000 nm3/hr flow. And Gas to Liquid high and low pressure separator. Also amine gas scrubber for absorb H2S in amine. Also separate SGCU and LNG in unit. Saturated Fuel Gas Amine Absorption Unit. Total 2 train with capacity: 17292 Kg/hr. (Technology provided by UOP). Amine Treating Unit. Total 4 trains with capacity: 604 m3/hr. (Technology provided by UOP). Sour water Stripping Unit. 4 trains with capacity: 220 m3/hr. (Technology provided by UOP).
Presently associated with JERP Expansion Project (Kerosene/Coker naphtha Hydrotreater) with accountability of driving the preparation of DCS commissioning.Pre-commissioning and commissioning activity.Pre FAT and FAT activity of DCS with ' INVENSYS'.

* Carried out Refractory Dry out of the heater during the construction phase with all safety issues taken care.
* Trial run of all pumps and compressors instrumentation alarm/trip system and Logic checking.
* In reactor catalyst loading, prewetting and sulfiding operation.
* Checking fire gas detection system and also a fire water deluge system of hot pumps.
* Quality Yield Improvement Project of Diesel/VGO Hydro treating Unit to 200 KBPSD Project implementation and continuous field operation.
