MULTI-STORIED BUILDINGS: (Oct.2005 till date)

1- The Centaurus: Islamabad, Pakistan.
First Seven Star Hotel in Pakistan.
* Design of anchoring and shoring system i.e. contiguous piling system for deep excavations.
* Supervision and preparation of report on compression pile load tests.
* Supervision and preparation of report on pile integrity tests.
2- Ali Tower: Lahore, Pakistan.
The tower will consist of nineteen (19) stories including five (5) basements.
* Design of foundation system.
* Design of anchoring and piling system for shoring purpose (Contiguous Piling System).

3-Mabarak Centre: Lahore, Pakistan.
The centre will consist of five towers and its tallest tower will have seventy (70) stories including five (5) basements.
* Design of shoring system for deep excavation.
* Design of compression pile load tests of 3000 tons and 1500 tons for piles of diameter 1500 mm & 1200 mm respectively with detailed instrumentation including vibrating type strain gages, Linear Variable Differential Transducers (LVDTs), extensometers, digital recording and controlloing system and image analysis along with conventional measurement techniques.
* Design of compression pile load test of 1500 tons for a pile of diameter 1200 mm with base grouting in addition to all instrumentation mentioned above.
* Design of lateral pile load test of 160 tons and 100 tons for piles of diameter 1500 mm & 1200 mm respectively with detailed instrumentation like inclinometer, Linear Variable Differential Transducers (LVDTs), digital recording and controlloing system and image analysis along with conventional measurement techniques.
* Pile Dynamic Analysis (PDA) test for 1200 mm diameter pile to develop a coorelation between PDA and compression pile load test.
* Sonic Integrity Tests to check the soundness of concrete.
* Detailed report on pile load tests including interpretation of results and recommendations.

4- Madina Tower: Lahore, Pakistan.
The tower will consist of twenty two (22) stories including four (4) basements.
* Design of foundation system.
* Design of anchoring and piling system for shoring purpose (Contiguous Piling System).

5- Pace Barka Complex: Lahore, Pakistan.
The complex will consist of a five star hotel and commercial buildings. The depth of excavation was about 60 feet.
* Design of anchoring and piling system for shoring purpose (Contiguous Piling System).

6- LDA Plaza: Lahore, Pakistan. (Design Stage)
The tower is planned to have forty five (45) stories including six (6) basements. The excavation depth would be about seventy (70) feet.

7- Warid Tower: Lahore, Pakistan.
The tower will consist of thirty (30) stories including three (3) basements.
* Design of foundation system.
* Design of anchoring and piling system for shoring purpose (Contiguous Piling System).

The tower will consist of thirty three (33) stories including three (5) basements.
* Wetting of shoring system design for deep excavation of 60 feet.
