DESCRIPTION WORK EXPERIENCE:

1. PT ARUN LNG Company. In Sumatra Indonesia. As Production Process Operator, from July 2003 up to present.

FIELD OPERATOR

Task and assignment as follows:

* Operate the plant equipment on shift under supervision of the senior operator. Includes of start-up and shut down safely, logging and records readings, identify and report of any defects occurring in plant area.
* Daily routine process variable check, operating, monitors all activities/situation on plant equipment within the defined area of duty
* Familiar with piping (Process flow) and Instrument Diagram (P&ID).
* Experience with Permit to Work system (PTW).
* Operator Apprentice panel board as rotation for familiarization to Review of operational, safety procedures and process flows.
* Preparation procedure isolation & de-isolation and blinding &de-blinding
* Pumps Start-up and Shut Down Procedures of the HP & LP Centrifugal pumps, all reflux pumps, cryogenic pumps (LNG pumps) and LPG transfer pumps.
* Carry out troubleshooting of a detailed nature of Acid gas treatment (CO2 & H2S) by Carbonate & MDEA Absorption, Regeneration system, Dehydration, Liquefaction unit, Propane & MCR System.
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely by radio and other communication means.
* Ensure lube oil and fill in to the reservoir system at the compressor turbine and pumps.
* Collected samples and refer to laboratory for analysis as per schedule.
* Make up Anti foam to the tank and Carbonate & MDEA Solution to system.
* Make up MCR (Multi Components Refrigeration) Methane, Ethane, Propane, and Nitrogen. As per composition required (APCI standard).
* Changed over and switch of Hydraulic oil Filter, dryer after filters.
* Responsible for internal safety audit to all equipment of Field housekeeping and safety aspects.
* Attended shut down (assembly and disassembly) of Turbine Expander and Seawater intake Pumps.
* Written and oral communication skills in English.
* Advanced PC hardware and software skills.
* Giving detail information of any abnormalities and defects.
* Familiar Feed Gas inters train Bi-Direction operation.
* Involved in preparation for Main Cryogenic Exchanger tube leak repair and leak test the tube and shell side before start-up (after repair).
* Skimming in the vessels to make sure no heavy hydrocarbon carry over with the Feed Gas.
