On contract to Petronas Carigali Myanmar {Hongkong} Ltd on the Yetagun Platform in the Andaman Sea.The complex comprises a wellhead and production platforms currently producing 300 mmscf/d compressed by two Solar Mars Compressors to a pipeline to Thailand, and 5,400 bpd of condensate to a slave tanker. Water & hydrocarbon dewpoints are achieved by TEG dehydration & propane refrigeration. Condensate stabilization to 9.7 RVP is via a stabilization column. Produced water is routed through hydro cyclones to a water polisher to maintain overboard water quality. Process control is via a Scada system. Following commissioning my main duty is the training of Myanmar Nationals to North Sea standard. And to run my shift in a safe and efficient manner. I also stand in for the Production Supervisor as and when required.

Job summary / Key Responsibilities:
Employed in the Keppel shipyard in Singapore pre and commissioning their FPSO Espadarte V1 for work in Brazil. The ship is a VLC Tanker with a holding capacity of 1.8mm BBLS. The oil plant has a capacity of 100,000 bbls of oil a day through the trains, and 50,000 BPD of produced water 110,000 BPD water injection and gas compression of 2.5 mscf/d. On board we have two-separation trains consisting of two HP Seps, one test, one second stage, a coalescer, three crude oil heaters, and four heat exchangers. Heating and cooling medium systems. It has a gas compression train consisting of gas Caterpillar engines 3616 driving Dresser Rand 3 stage reciprocating compressors delivering 80mscf/d for gas lift export and normal platform user. Three solar turbines two for power generation and one for water injection, a dehydration system two air systems instrument air and a start air facility. In the control room we had a specially designed control system by Moors for process and cargo operations Wormald fire and gas panel.
