JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Provide piping arrangement detail drawing of various piping system in the
Engine Room and Hull part of the ship.
-Make schematic piping diagram (P&ID) base from owner's technical specification, Class Rule and SOLAS.
-Make outfitting drawings for auxiliary machinery foundation seat.
-Make equipment lay-out.
-Make piping isometric and as-built drawings.
-Make material take-off summary list.
-I been working with projects that involves piping arrangement, both new build and conversion of Drill Ship, Oil Tanker, FPSO, Pipe Lay vessel and Rock Dumper vessel.
-In our recent project I been doing P&ID drawing of tank vent system, deck scupper system, sludge and dirty oil drain system, fuel oil vent and overflow system, lubricating oil and bilge system.

-Plan and lay-out piping arrangement drawing in the engine room.
-Prepares 3D model arrangement of piping system and equipment.
-Prepares detail drawing of machinery seats and detail drawing of pipe support for fabrication.
-Preparation of detailed pipe piece output for fabrication.
-Design staff, in-charge person per assigned vessel, coordinates with hull design and electrical design staff of new design requirement. Check all incoming data and maker's drawing. Checking of piping arrangement drawings.
-In Tsuneishi I did a lot of piping arrangement in Engine Casing, around Boiler piping connection, Generator sets piping connection, Main Engine piping connections and other piping system connected to auxiliary equipment. I have also a lot of experience in doing Hull Outfit design where I do bilge system, water ballast piping arrangement, air vent, sounding pipe, fire and wash deck, scupper pipe and fuel oil tank heating system.
