Having previously worked as a Project/Process Engineer/Assistant engineer (Instrument and Control system) in the thermal power plant (210*7 units), my thorough background in yokogawa make DCS,SCADA, PLC,BHEL make Procontrol P13 system for boiler and turbine instrumentation package applied to thermal power generation, Calibration of field instrumentation like electro-pneumatic, electro hydraulic control valves, position feed back units, shut down, start up and regular maintenance, Loop checking, trial run of each equipment, protection checks for Boiler and turbine and its auxiliaries have helped me improve productivity, reduce costs and reduce breakdown times.

* Commissioning, regular maintenance and annual overhauling of 210 MW thermal power plants.
* BHEL make Procontrol P13 system for boiler and turbine instrumentation package.
* Work station based process operator supervisory environment system(WSPOSE)
Which integrates procontrol 13 i.e. it is an extensive unit for procontrol, used for monitoring, recording and analyzing the process parameters
* Basic Engineering of Instrument Control Loops, Cascade and Advance control loops, trial run of each equipment, protection checks for Boiler and turbine and its auxiliaries..
* Process interlocks checking and Emergency shutdown system checking and simulation prior to start-up
* Calibration of field instrumentation like electro-pneumatic, electro hydraulic control valves, position feed back units, shut down, start up and regular maintenance
* Modification (Adding/Change) of Instrument loops as per operation requirements for optimization plan (Quality Yield Improvement).
* Annunciations systems, protection checks etc

* Strong communications, analytical and computing skills, team oriented attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Adhere to standard safety practices. Visiting different construction sites regularly talking to engineers, clients and contractors, keeping all the scheduling up to date.
* Coordinate the installation project in an effective manner and in accordance with required time lines.
* Prepare reports on all fixture issues such as missed material, unavailable material, damaged material and communicate such to the ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE ENGINEER.
* Maximize Project Profitability by creating and organizing efficient billing and purchasing processes. Final Testing of Installed equipment.
* Writing reports on work method statements and risk assessment, operations and maintenance manuals. Orders follow up with suppliers.
* Processing and follow up purchase orders. Accurate data entry and record keeping of all purchase related information.
* In time Control various process parameters.
