Position: "Project Engineer"
Job Profile: Time Electro is the main contractor for DEWA works in
Dubai and ADWEA in Abu-Dhabi. They were awarded a Sub-Contract for DM project, "Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) For Dubai.
Assignments/Projects:
* My assignment was to manage the contractual work, Design, lay-out, or oversee complex construction, formulate plans, and supervise the construction, maintenance, or revision of facilities and structures.
* Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan project objectives. Conduct the survey work and propose the route for ITD in close coordination with departments such as, DEWA, RMS, DM, LRT, DEFENSE, EPCO, CNSULTANTS, and CONTRACTORS.
* Propose and apply for the routes to all the concerned departments and follow up with each for rapid approvals.
* Attend weekly progress meetings and present the progress before the DM, Consultant and Main Contractor.
* Track the project activities and rectify the problems and non-conformances, if any. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
* Create monthly/weekly reports to the management and client.
* Implement the on-site Safety regulations as per the Company policies and DM standards.

Position: As "Projects Coordinator" based in Al-Ain and Ras–al- Khaimah Stations/Base Camps.
Job Profile: Aswar Engineering are the period contractor for "Etisalat" underground duct laying and related civil works at, Al-Ain City & "FEWA" Water Mains Laying & Maintenance at, Ras-al-Khaimah City.
Assignments/Projects:
* Organized and managed the company's two branches at Al-Ain city and, Ras-al-Khaimah city.
* Managed and administered the work force for efficient and timely completion of the Civil Works, awarded periodically by "Etisalat" and "FEWA".
* Implemented the Quality standards of each of the Authorities, to fulfill the ultimate requirements.
* Submittal of Water Main profiles, BOQ, As-Builds for the due approval to the FEWA Engineers.
* Pressure testing of Water Mains and, Weekly/Monthly and Completion reports submittals.
* Ensured compliance with the contractual obligations with our respected clients.
* Furnished the local authorities' requirements for the commencement and completion of the "Etisalat and FEWA Projects" such as, Traffic dept. Municipality, Town Planning, Police, Emarat Gas, Defense, WED, ADNOC, e.t.c.
* Corresponded and arranged weekly and/or monthly meetings with Etisalat and FEWA personnel for progresses, project constraints (if any), and Quality audits.
* Developed an excellent knowledge of "Etisalat Underground Civil Works and, Etisalat plants" and, "Water Mains Distribution System Standards and Testing" as per ISO standards.
July 1999 - Dec 2002 S.E.W.A. (Sharjah Electric and Water Authority).
Position: As "Construction Inspector" based in Sharjah, for the project "Sharjah Natural Gas Distribution".
Job Profile: I was assigned to assist "Pipeline Engineering GmbH", a German based project management company, worked at this project as Consultants and, to conduct the inspections for the project both for above and underground construction activities. In addition, I was also responsible to handle Gas Emergencies throughout the Emirate of Sharjah. The project comprised, installation of pressure reduction stations, spine and feeders mains throughout the emirate of Sharjah with local site mains and services to domestic, commercial and industrial properties including provision of supplies to existing premises and conversion of customers appliances therein.
Assignments & Responsibilities:
- Monitored day-to-day activities of the Construction Contractor to ensure compliance with contract documents. Brought forward any concerns to the Project Manager with respect to Contractor progress, design and specification compliance, safety procedures or environmental compliance.
- General supervision and oversight of the day-to-day execution of the construction work and activities associated with the pipeline and Gas Control Station construction, commissioning and handover to operations
- Performed check and balance over the contractor, a joint venture of BC Gas Intl. (Canada) & S.S Lootah (UAE), for construction activities to ensure adherence to construction contract documents.
- Ensured all required documentation for the project is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner, including construction documentation and material inspection reports and certifications.
- Made sure the Construction Contractor had the right resources to do the job, that the Construction Contractors' equipment was in a safe working condition, and that any permits or equipment certificates were available.
- Together with Construction Contractor's Schedulers and Superintendents, monitored the flow of all work with the objective of improving Construction Contractors' productivity, schedule performance, and safety.
- Handled Gas Emergencies throughout the Emirate of Sharjah on a "24 hours on-call" basis.
- Received and approved handover documents, after a final and satisfactory inspection.
- Monitored and reported on construction activities on daily basis such as,
- Mains laying techniques., Fusion and testing of mains, Purging and Commissioning, Above ground network installations, Purging and Commissioning of buildings and villas, Property surveys, Emergency handlings, Directional drillings, moling, Domestic appliance conversions, Commercial appliance conversions, Reinstatements, Quality assurance, Quality Audits, with the Quality Assurance Manager.

Position: Worked as "Sales Executive" based in Karachi –Head office.
Job Profile: I was responsible to generate the sales from the large whole seller in that regional was looking after the region of upper sindh (Hyderabad, Sukker, etc).
