Responsible for the Implementation of QHSE Management System Onboard all the Vessels (AHTS) of the Fleet (Marine Vessel Spread) by Personally Visiting, Staying and Guiding all Personnel—from the Masters down to the Stewarts—during Operations in various Offshore Projects in different countries.

Conduct Ad-hoc Emergency Response Drill and assess vessel's crisis management control. Encourage Crew to Exercise Stop Work Responsibility and particularly, Master to exercise OVERRIDING AUTHORITY. Briefing of New Officers prior to Joining Vessels. Provide Office Management with a report on the Vessels' condition, ranging from logbook, record books entries to physical conditions. Observe and Report on Vessel's Performance and Limitations. Brief Officers on the HSSE Plan, Mini HSE-MS Review & Full HSE-MS Audit. Conduct Verification on Action tracking as per Marine Network Minutes. Conduct Mini HSE MS Review & Action Plan Onboard.
