Working in the well known organization of OMV (Pakistan) Exploration G.m.b.H. on the Sawan Gas Plant, Disstt. Khair Pur Mir's, Sind, Pakistan, it is consisting on Gas Processing Plant (MDEA) having Capacity 400 MMSCFD, Separation Trains, Dehydration, Utilities (R.O, Demin Unit, Fire and Portable Water, Fuel Oil Storage and Decanting Station, Inst. Air and Nitrogen Generation, Cooling Tower, Power Generation ) by Clough and equipped with Emerson DCS delta V.

>Plant smooth operation and optimization any type of abnormality in the system to control all parameters added product.
>Monitoring of all Process Plant and equipment's including starting & stopping Machinery direct. >Safe and smooth plant operation and handling of emergencies regarding equipment like centrifugal & positive displacement pumps, compressor, Instrument air compressor, heater, heat exchangers and loss of utilities.
>Safes handling of Chemicals use at Plant for Process & also control its inventory as per requirement.
>Coordination with all the departments regarding the maintenance jobs under safe Work Permit Procedure.
>Developed start up / shut down & optimization procedure, conducted various start up, shut down & optimization and handled various type of emergencies.
>Control Quality of products & Environment as per standard.
>Actively performed in annual turn around of the Units.
>Write new & up date exiting Procedure and Work Instructions.
>Participate in HSE meetings & Company initiatives.
