I am 40 years old, B.Sc. (Mechanical Design) and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.E.U.A) from Oran University working for the last 15 years in Oil & Gas industry worldwide (offshore and onshore).

Presently, I am working as Base Manager for FMC Technologies Surface Wellhead in Gabon on 5 weeks on/off Rotation since May-2008, reporting to the West Africa Sales Manager.

* Co-ordinate and Supervise the well-site personnel in the execution of wellhead installation & Operation execution the ongoing and planned well operations in full compliance with FMC installation procedures, guidelines and HSE Procedures
* Fully responsible in installation, pressure testing and refurbishment procedure of surface wellhead & X-Mastree equipments conventional or drill-thru sys, high-pressure system, large bore completions, Mudline drilling equips, gate valves, actuators to various client (Total – Perenco - CNR Intl - Addax Petroleum - Maurel & Prom)
* Plan and scheduling of personnel, equipment and services required for the well operations
* Ensures update of well files such as operations progress, writing of end of well reports and reporting / documentation of non-standard or irregular operations and events.
* Liaise with Engineering and Construction departments in matters involving preparation for and execution of well tie-in activities
* Attend to various customer daily operations meeting, pre-spud and pre-completion job meeting, and stay informed about the daily drilling/completion operations
* Ensures full and proper reporting of all incidence of Non-Productive Time (NPT),and reviews to capture cost implications and learning points.

Earlier, I have worked for Weatherford Completion as Liner-Hanger Field Service Engineer, and for Baker Hughes Inteq in Algeria as Drilling Mud-Motors Technician and Later on Bechtel International in Algeria as pipeline Epoxy coat detection and repair and cathodic protection system installation Supervisor

I have worked in countries such as Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Italy, Cameroon and Gabon with multinational workforce and at various positions, such as pipeline construction Supervisor, Drill Mud-Motors technician, Liner-Hanger Field Service Engineer, Fmc Surface Wellhead Senior Field Service Engineer, Fmc Project Engineer and wellhead Specialist, Fmc Base & Operation Manager.

* Assist in maintaining a non-conformance reporting system (FNCR).
* Assistance to customer on pre-job, pre-spud and pre-completion meetings
