This working experience of 12 years involves erection, precommissioning/commissioning, testing, operation and troubleshooting of all Offsite & Utilities process operations from DCS as well as from Field at state of the art fertilizer complex awarded with prestigious JRDQV (Malcolm Walbridge), ISO 9001:2000, ISO: 14001, OHSAS: 18001, ISO: 270001 SA: 8000, British Safety Council's 'Sword of honour', BSC 5 star in EMS & many more National/International recognitions in business excellence, safety, energy & environment conservation practices.
Also well experienced in preparing SOPs, manuals, work instructions for various process operations and maintaining technical reports for facilitating decision making by the management. Installation & Commissioning
 Installing, commissioning & troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job.
 Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

This fertilizer complex comprises a 3500 TPD Urea Plant, 2000 TPD Ammonia Plant and all Offsite & Utilities processes consisting Steam & Power generation facilities.
Experience involves erection, pre-commissioning/commissioning, testing, operation and troubleshooting of all Offsite & Utilities process operations from DCS & Field as follows:
* Gas Turbine Generators (2X25MW),Mark IV,Frame-5, speedtronic control and dual fired (Natural gas & Naphtha) supplied by M/s Thommasen, Netherlands
* Heat Recovery & Steam Generation Units (2X 100 TPH @ 115Kg/cm2 & 5500C) dual fired (Natural gas & Naphtha) supplied by M/s Larson & Tubro India Limited.
* High Pressure Service boiler(110 TPH @ 115Kg/cm2 & 5500C) dual fired (Natural gas & Naphtha) supplied by M/s Thermax Babcock & Wilcox
* Ammonia & Urea Cooling Towers (Recirn. Rate = 24000 & 12000 M³/hr.)
* Air Compression & Dehumidification Plant (20000 NM³/hr capacity) consisting centrifugal & reciprocating compressors; well equipped with activated alumina drying beds.
* Cryogenic Air separation Plant (Liquid nitrogen generation/storage & distribution on process demands along with operation of loading/unloading facilities)
* Ammonia Storage & Handling System (Handling & Storage of liquid ammonia; stored in two atmospheric ammonia storage tanks (2 X 5000 MT) well equipped with vapour reliquification units facilitated by screw compressors.
* Effluent treatment plant & Waste Oil Recovery Unit (zero effluent discharge)
* Naphtha Storage & Handling System (20000 KL storage of Naphtha along with loading/unloading & distribution network)
* Vapor Absorption Machines (Chillers): Operation & troubleshooting of vapor absorption machines (chillers) installed for air pre cooling in gas turbine intake air system to increase GTG efficiency.
* Water Demineralization Plant & Raw Water Distribution: 800 M3/Hr. of continuous polished water generation through integrated cation, anion, process condensate cation, activated carbon filters & mixed bed ion exchanger's four parallel streams. Operation/Handling of 10 nos. (300m3/Hr of each) of bore wells.
Special Projects Handled:
 Presently working as 'Project Engineer' in debottlenecking project at urea fertilizer complex since November, 2007. This capacity augmentation project includes fabrication,erection,pre-commisioning & commissioning of various major process industry equipments like vapor absorption machines, bulk flow coolers, heat exchangers, compressor & pumps, fired heaters, GRP made cooling towers, water demineralization units, conveyor gantries etc.
 Involved with civil department as a quality control supervisor in earth preparation works including 10 meter deep; 30000 nos. of stone column installation by vibroflotation method. This experience also includes supervision of various traditional & specialized civil construction activities like heavy duty rotary & static machines foundations, construction of water retaining structure for cooling towers, water proofing & injection grouting works, RCC core cutting, controlled dismantling, shotcreting, acid proof brick lining works etc.
 Worked as dedicated process engineer & project facilitator with M/s THYSSEN KRUPP UHDE managing major de-commissioning & re-commissioning activities for atmospheric ammonia storage tanks (2X5000 MT).
 Deputed as Project Engineer for complete rehabilitation of refractory works at 'Primary & Secondary Reformers' in ammonia plant & service boiler in CPSGP executed by M/s Plibrico BV, the Netherlands.
 Experienced in working with Fire & Safety (HSE) department as unit facilitator for one year in a corporate project named as "Manthan" which was introduced to analyze the existing safety standards of the company in comparison to OSHA safety standards.
