Rig Manager on 2000 HP, SCR drilling rig with a Tesco top drive. Responsible for supervising crew and rig operations, and monitored well for down hole conditions. Over seen operations at the rig while drilling and tripping, and trained crew members as needed. Utilized Pason system for daily reports. Coordinated with Company Rep. on day to day operations associated with drilling multiple horizontal wells on a single location. Trained and supervised drillers and crews.
