ľ Daily shift routine field equipments monitoring and field parameters fill up in log books during normal operation.
ľ Daily shift routine maintenance jobs (mechanical, instruments, electrical & housekeeping)
ƒæ Safe equipments operations (start-up, normal operation, shut down, emergency operations & emergency shutdown) as per standard Operating Procedure (SOP¡¦S) and vendors Instructions manuals.
ľ Operation of high capacity centrifugal (Elliott, cooper, Kobelco) and reciprocating (IR, SULZUR & Burckhardt) compressors.

ľ During shift normal operations for the EO/EG production, monitor process parameters in and correct the deviations and also responsible for optimizing process conditions to get the desired yield and Quality of product.
ľ Troubleshooting with minimum loss of production and quality of products.
ľ During shift Normal start up, Normal shut down, emergency operations, emergency shown down activities for safe operation of the plant.
ľ Operation of shell & tube reactors (silver as catalyst in tubes) for production of ethylene oxide using boiler feed water as a coolant in shell side. And pipe reactors (non-catalyst) production for mono ethylene glycols, Diethylene glycols and triethylene glycols in field and DCS.
